For years, I yearned to becoming apart of this family but I was told that one had to be an employee of a workplace like Reynolds or some other high up prestigious workplace . However, after speaking to one of the bank’s personal ladies Miss Jasmine who was such a great help and so professionally inclined , she as well as her co workers were prepared to answer whatever questions were asked and their patience were over the top . Thank ladies you guy’s are the greatest.”

My debit card was hit with fraud out of TX and I had my money back in my account within the hour and did the whole dispute right over the phone!!! “This is a great bank with very friendly staff. I opened an account in November 2022, and the bank manager Jackie Lawson took care of me. She and I talked and talked like old friends who have known each other for years ! She's great ! All the staff there are very helpful and kind. I needed to wire some money, and they gave me the phone number to their wiring center. I just call them up and give them all the info they need to wire some money, and it's done that day as long as you get it done before 3pm. Inside the bank itself is a cozy, welcoming atmosphere. I'm very happy with this branch of Bank OZK.”
