Customer service since the rebranding has been awful. Overdraft fees regardless of protection and a lack of follow through when a representative claimed they would return the $35 charge. The app has become aggravatingly slow. When an ATM had an issue, I was told I should have "learned a lesson" about depositing money at the ATM and "that there was no telling with those things". I had to prompt them through helping ME recover my $203 deposit. Otherwise, the tellers and manager were confident in telling me "it may take a business day" with no follow through. There was no empathy and no concern whatsoever for my issue. What I "learned" was that I will be taking my business elsewhere by tomorrow.
