Dr. Nall is simply one of a kind these days. He's seen it all and he knows what he's seeing.... and he doesn't overcharge you to death on unnecessary extras like so many other vets these days. I recommend him to people regularly and when I am in town with my own pets, Nall is my first choice for care.

Dr. Nall is the best!! He really cares about your animals and he doesn’t suggest unnecessary things to get more money out of you. He does whatever he needs to do for your animals!

I called get my sick puppy in for a visit and the wouldn’t even see here told me to call somebody else. Will never be using them ever!

Very friendly staff! Was able to accommodate our sick cat on a last-minute walk-in, and she is very happy to have made it back home with some medicine to hopefully assist her. The vet appeared to be somewhat blunt, however it did appear he was fairly busy so I can't fault the guy for that. Clean establishment!

*****Update- My baby did not make it. We took her to an amazing vet in Hot Springs who looked at the X-ray we received from Hughes clinic, and said they saw no blockage but that she now had sepsis after waiting to get her into surgery. We asked Hughes for the X-ray for 3 days and they would not provide it to us, after we paid over $400 for her visit.We had to put her to sleep that very day, because they told us that a lot of dogs don’t make it through treatment and she was in so much pain. I still cannot get over this experience and mourn daily for the loss of my sweet Tilly. I would never recommend anyone take any of their beloved pets to ANY vet in Malvern. They DO NOT care about your pets and only care about how much money they can squeeze out of you.Very disappointed in all of the vets in Malvern so far but especially this one and Hughes. After reading great reviews about how this location works with people to do payments, they advised me that they do not.My dog has a blockage in her intestines and she may need surgery to get it removed. I have care credit and am $225 shy of being able to afford the surgery. Neither this clinic nor Hughes Animal Hospital are willing to work out a payment plan with me. It is absolutely atrocious that a vet will not take payments especially when you are short so little.I may lose my best friend and they care only about the $. ? my heart is breaking, and Malvern has been a huge disappointment so far for my husband and I. Do not own fur babies in this town, cause apparently you will be turned away when you are trying your very hardest to care for, and love your pets like family.

Best vet in Malvern AR hands down!UPDATE: Been coming here for years, for pet injuries, medicine, and ailments. Everyone here is a wonderful soul with good hearts. Still best animal clinic in Malvern and surrounding area.
