In town for Southern Arkansas University Family Day. Room rate was $225 for 1 queen bed!! Room smelled musty and A/C was struggling to keep up. SAU supports the town but this hotel chain decided to price gouge that weekend. New hotel chain being built next door, hopefully they do better.

FYI to anyone staying here that will be ordering doordash, please note that they do not let us leave it at your door. They make us wait in the lobby while they call you to verify its okay to be left. If you don't answer, your food will be left at the front desk even if your delivery instructions are to leave it at your door. Not us dashers policy but the holets stupid policy now.

This hotel is very nice, clean, good customer service. Also the amenities are great. The swimming pool was very relaxing. I love how comfortable the bed is so you can have an excellent sleep and a good rest. There was no noise outside so that made it more pleasant. I highly recommend this hotel. Unlike the other ones in town there's just no comparison, or course. This is the best in its class and all of the others.

Friendly accommodating staff. Clean rooms. Plentiful breakfast with ample seating. Small fitness room but you can get in a good sweat!
Rooms: Clean, well appointed rooms with all the amenities.
Safety: Safe area a bit off the beaten path.

They gave away our room. This will be our last time staying at this hotel. We have stayed here at least every other year, and have ALWAYS booked the queen suite studio for our five-person family. We booked the studio room three months in advance, which is why I was so shocked that when we arrived after a six-hour drive with three sleepy and hungry kids, our studio was given away and we were put in a two queen room. Much smaller with less amenities and not what we booked. Had I not mentioned it, we would have been charged for the studio. We won't continue at this hotel. They don't value our history here or our money. I would suggest you do the same.

I checked in at Hampton Inn Magnolia,the young lady’s were amazing at the front desk,KK was very helpful,I will be back when I come back to visit,thank you for being so helpful,and kind ?❤️

Clean room and bath. Comfortable bed. We had a double queen and it was pretty small for the furniture. There was a large burned spot on the floor. The hvac wasn't very efficient and the room never really got cool due to the humidity. Still great location, decent breakfast and super nice staff.

The breakfast provided is either scrambled eggs or these horrible omelets you can buy in third world countries There is no Milk for breakfast only coffee or Juice. If you’re a diabetic you are going to be disappointed one of the early morning employees is just rude
Rooms: The rooms are Tiny. You almost have to step in the hall to change your mind

Outdated and overpriced. Step your game up people. The one in Eldorado is way better and less expensive.
