“I was visiting from out of town and given a gift that required me to check my bag to get it home. Instead, I visited this FedEx location to ship my items home. I was greeted by a kind woman who helped me efficiently package my items, and in the most cost effective way. During my visit to Little Rock, I lost my voice, so communicating was comical, but she was so patient and helpful. My items arrived today, right on time. Upon opening the box, I found she reinforced the packaging to ensure they were protected and found this note on top. It’s sad we live in a world that extra care like this feels so over the top and unexpected, nonetheless, I highly recommend this FedEx. Maybe you’ll encounter the angel I did!”

“I use the pleasant ridge center UPS location often either for notary purposes, business shipping, personal shipping, and of course Amazon returns. All employees I’ve encountered have been extremely nice and helpful. Today I met the owner of the location and she was absolutely lovely. The experience was so pleasant I had to write a review.”

“I came here to get a creative printing job done here. The staff were very cooperative and went above and beyond to help me get exactly what I wanted despite it being a small job. They did a perfect print job for me. Their customer service is outstanding. It is and will always be my Go To place for printing and sending packages. I have sent many packages, never had a delayed or lost package. I highly recommend this place.”

“We want to express our gratitude to Zev and the route manager at this FedEx station. We had a package that contains very sensitive information being delivered to a wrong address. After repeatedly calling the FedEx customer service number and spending hours on the phone, we were finally put in touch with the local station that had handled the delivery of our package. By then, a week had passed and we had almost lost hope in finding the package. Nevertheless, I was fortunate to speak with Zev who sounded professional and responsible. He said that they would investigate. He gave me a phone number, so I could call back to get updates. The second time when I called, he said that their route manager was going to the side personally to search for the package. When I called Zev again the following day, he provided me with the great news that they had located the missing package and delivered to the correct address. We sincerely thank him and the route manager for their effort in retrieving the package. The awful experience with the 800- customer service only makes their professionalism and service stands out more!”
