Thursday is our usual trash pick-up day, but they came today bc of the holiday this week. I forgot to put the bin out. They took the time to grab it from the side of the house in order to empty it. I’ve never had a trash service take the time to do that!

These folks go above and beyond for us. I have been a customer since 2007. Most value for the money on my monthly bills. Consider Roberts if you aren’t happy with your service.

Absolutely love Roberts. We totally forgot to push our trash can to the front after dealing with a sick kid most of the week. My husband rushed outside in a panic after hearing the truck only find that the can had already been emptied. Never have I ever had a trash service that thoughtful and proactive.
