No hours posted on the door. Website shows they open 8am like every other DG. This store opens whenever they feel like it. 8:30-9am and they’re still closed. Poor customer service and no consistency!!

Says it's open but it is closed. How effed up do you have to be to be a manager of a store and not be there to open store on time. Guess this store opens when ever they feel like. I know what the problem is and I bet you could guess. Terrible store. Not recommended. Dirty disorganized. Rat infestation. Cockroaches everywhere. If you go here you will catch a disease and die.

This has to be the worst dollar general besides the one on baseline. Cashier was rude!! Didn’t inform me there was no receipt paper and then when i asked for my receipt she said there was nothing she could do. The line was super long with one cashier which was the rude person!!! And the “manager” was just sitting in the back doing absolutely nothing!!!! The store was also a hot mess, obstructing items all over the aisles. Avoid this one is you can.

I’ve been here multiply times after 8:20 and they still aren’t open. This store shows they open at 8am. But I guess they open when ever they feel like it.

I'm in the parking lot at 9:37pm on 3/31/2021 and they locked the doors in my face. Online and on the door says they close at 10pm.

I have shopped at this particular store on many occasions, however, I have never been so insulted my entire life & I’m 53 yrs. old I had stopped at Dollar General on Mabelvale Cutoff to buy a list of things on my way to my boyfriend’s & they were out of several things I needed, including a new pair of reader glasses in the strength that I needed, so I stopped at this location , also in Mabelvale. I look through the store for several different items, only to find that the too are out of these items. So, then I go to look at their reader glasses & while I’m looking at them a employee or Manager, whatever she was, came walking by me & I made comment that all Dollar General Stores are out of glasses & she didn’t even acknowledge me & I found it to be very rude. Then I promptly go to register with my Febreze & my $10 pair of Foster Grant reading glasses & I check out & pay for my items. Then on my way out she walks up to the gentleman who checked me out & I overhear her asking him if I paid for a pair of glasses. I have never had somebody treat me like this in my entire life. She had no grounds for her behavior & I will never step foot in that store again & I willl tell as many people as I can, so that they won’t shop at that location either. Then, after I leave, I take glasses out of sack & remove them from package so can see to drive & they break. I went straight to new Dollar General Store on Colonel Glenn Rd. with my receipt & they exchanged my glasses for another pair. I will be calling Dollar General District Office tomorrow & I will make it known how badly I was treated & I will make sure she never treats anybody the way she did me.
