I swear the courier is absolutely drunk out of his mind. I've witnessed them bumping into my vehicle. Also, I've witnessed them not deliver my mail for over a month. I'm graced by the touch of God if I receive a single parcel that's addressed to me at least once a week. Otherwise, I have to play postman and spend 30-45 mins per day delivering mail to the CORRECT address. I have no idea why this courier is being paid when I do 85% of their job. I've already placed a claim with the postmaster and will escalate this as far as I absolutely can just to prove the point. This is disgusting and Lowell USPS should be disgusted with themselves. If not, they can spit and sit on this review. They provide about as much as much service anyways. Absolutely disgrace. I'm sure mcdonalds is hiring

My box clearly marked 3820 Luper Rd. Is sitting at 3760 Luper right under BIG house numbers. Not the first time this happen.

This post office just doesn't exceptional job. I've never seen a group that worked as efficiently and at the same time we're so considerate and caring. If the rest of the government work like this we would all be in better shape

I don't want to give anyone ideas so they overwhelm this branch - but I have to share the above and beyond service Donny the postmaster and Keola our mail carrier provided. I needed a small package first thing in the morning so a repair could be made on a bike before my son needed it for his job. It could have arrived later that day and Donny or Keola could have told me to just be patient. Instead they took time away from their busy day to hunt through their unsorted mail to find it and hold it for me to pick up. Never did they act like it was unreasonable or they could not take the time. I am so grateful for their selfless help! Then when I went to the branch to pick up the nice woman at the counter seemed just as eager to help me get my package. Such great people!Thank you!

Every time we go in they are always super helpful and polite. And even when they are busy they try to make you feel like you are the only one there. We have never had any issue with them.

States they are open until 4:30 pm and walked in at 4:05 pm and they are closed.Spent all summer delivering mail and leaving packages around the mailbox then all of a sudden stopped.

This place is a joke. My mail runs anywhere around 12 to 4:30 pm. You never know when it's going to show up. In top of that I receive messages at 8:30 am through informed delivery that they tried to deliver my package at 8am and it was undeliverable?! When I am outside at that time every morning and see no one ever. I live on a dead end dirt road. I get so pissed off that they pick and choose when to deliver. If it doesn't fit in my mailbox they don't come to the door or anything at all. I get so tired of having to go pick up items. Very upset and awful people working in there that don't give 2 craps whether their drivers do there jobs or not! Calling the post master general as this is the 25th time they have not delivered items.

I was on this side of town so I decided to stop and buy stamps. I stood in line for less than 2 mins and was called to the window. I got what I needed and was out in less than 5 mins. I got friendly service and the post office was very clean.
