We left instructions to leave on the deck. Our sign says open gate leave inside. The old UPS always left it on the bench beside the door. It is raining! They absolutely can not follow directions. The lady driver goes above and beyond.

The customer service is ridiculous. More than half of the time they deliver our packages to the wrong address and we have to go get them. I have tried to contact customer support and wrote emails trying to get this resolved. Still having to drive to get packages from the other house with our names on it!!!!!!
