“Danny with Arky Towing came to my house in Rogers to tow my car after Adventure Suburu in Fayetteville recommended them and I called them for help. My Suburu manual stated if key would not turn over might be electrical. Danny put key in and wrenched the steering wheel and car started. He then had me get into my car and do the same. Car started. He said car was fine and battery was fine and I did not need to be towed. He would not accept payment for this. I was so impressed with his honesty and kindness. I would highly recommend Arky Towing to everyone.”

“Rear differential went out on our whip, had to get it towed to the dealer. Martin was dispatched to assist. From the start he was very communicative, keep us updated on his speedy ETA. Once Martin showed, he was a blast. Kept it fun, light, quick, and relatable. Quickly took pictures, notes, and had an enjoyable chat of the situation. He loaded it up and had it dropped off at the dealer in a few minutes. “This team was able to get out to us fast when we had a car break down. Other towing companies were 90 minutes or more. When they arrived, the driver was awesome. He tried to help us fix the car but we weren't successful. He was awesome with my son and let him be involved in hooking up the car, etc which was fun really fun for him. He made this experience much better than expected!”

“We had the BEST customer service with this uhaul location. We got a flat tire on our trailer rental and were stuck downtown. After all the 800 number and getting no help I called this location as it was close. Lenny was amazing. He came out to help change the tire on our trailer, as well since the other tire was in bad shape he had a co-worker bring a tire out to fix that. Cannot recommend this location enough.”
“I called them thinking I'd have to pay a hefty cost to tow, diagnose, and fix whatever was going on with my car. We tried to jump it three times ourselves before we called, so we were worried something else other than the battery wasn't working. NWA towing came with a jump box and my car started up!! I was so relieved! They answered all my questions and helped me understand what was going on with my car. They recommended me a good place for a new battery. “Tommy wisely questioned my decision to fix an older vehicle with 200k+ miles on it. I told him that I was given a verbal estimate over the phone from a competitor and that it was too high so if his estimate was close to that, I would just end up salvaging the vehicle. This did not detour Tommy - he took lots of pictures and entered everything into his quotation software. After printing out the quote and giving it to me (higher than I expected) he gave me a name of a good salvage company. Collision Connection didn't even charge for the estimate. I'm sure that had I gone through with it - they would've taken care of me. I figure - if they go through great detail on the small things, they'll do the same with the big things!”
