Pinnacle In Home Care is an awesome company to work for. I feel more in control and more supported than I ever have before. The Pinnacle owners genuinely care for their employee's growth, both professionally and personally. The work environment is happy, pleasant and always positive. It makes coming to work fun and not just a job. The caregivers and the entire staff always put the clients and their families first. I would highly recommend this company, not only to my family, but to anyone who is in need of in home care services.

I cannot recommend this company to anyone. While I don’t necessarily have complaints due to the care received, we only had a day and a half of business with this company before my loved one went back to the hospital which has been over 2 months ago. We had a nearly $9,000 deposit and have yet to receive it back. Countless calls that get the same “let me speak to my supervisor/the owner” response and never a single call back. I tried to dispute the charge through my credit card company because I couldn’t get in touch with anyone who could send my deposit back. However, that did not work.I am forced to leave this review in hopes of finally getting a response. My next step is to engage an attorney - which is not something I want to do but have been left with no choice.This is an extremely bad business practice and I will never use this company again or recommend to anyone I know.

the case manager was amazing! the company itself needs some work as they never stayed in contact with us. we had a nurse named mandy come in to care for my grandpa and she was very inappropriate! she was constantly hugging, kissing and draping herself all over him, to the point that even the neighbors made a point to let us know they had concerns.

Pinnacle In-Home Care has remarkable staff that truly care and are passionate about their jobs. Excellent communication, positive work environment, and phenomenal leadership. Owners have the best heart and are devoted to creating the best experience for their employees, clients, and caregivers. There is not a better place to work, or people that you could find that give their all each and every day!

By Peter NouguierI am a past client of this providerWe called Pinnacle In Home Care to provide in home care for a dear friend who is 91 years old and was being sent home from rehab. She could not function independently and needed 24 hour in home care. Pinnacle In Home Care provided professional and loving care givers round the clock. They also were available to help us chose a skilled nursing rehab center for our friend. I would used them again and highly recommend them for anyone who needed in home care.

Pinnacle In-Home Care is absolutely amazing!! After many experiences with Home Health in the Northwest Arkansas area I definitely have to say that Pinnacle In-Home care is the best around! The owners have a love for what they do! They truly care about their clients and will do everything in the best interest of the client. They are also there for their employees and caregivers! They truly make the team seem like a true work family! I would definitely recommend Pinnacle In-Home Care for any of your Home Health needs.

Great Service! Very professional, caring staff! I have used severalHome care companies and this is by far the best in NWA! After reading the last review it makes me sad some will post a 1 star simply because of the conditions they live in and expect others to work in an unclean environment. This company truly cares for their clients and wants to best for each and every client.

I haven't had the service one week. And got a notice they were discharging my service. My AC went out. Granted it got warm. But I had it fixed in one day. I take care of my 89 year old mother in law. She has Parkinson's and dementia. Cant walk. I've been through several agencies that cant keep enough staff . I was very impressed with Pinnacle...at first. The director called me and said I'd have to find someone else to care for her in "that environment " mom had just been released from the hospital that the previous agency had caused due to no staff availability. I have to work half days and come home to deal with mom. I cant bathe her. I was told mom had diarrhea, no AC, and I had fleas in my house. I took my dog and shaved her when I heard that and didn't find even one. Total cop out. So if you have a loved one that needs help with daily tasks, just make sure they dont need too much help. They'll quit you without a warning or a heads up. Now it's the weekend and I have no help.Added note: The director told me I should put mom in a home ( Circle of Life) She does qualify but would you want your mom in a home ? And what gives the director the right to tell me that?

Pinnacle In-Home Care is truly amazing!!!!!!! After having had so many bad experiences with Home Health companies over the past couple years for the care of our grandfather, we were disgusted with the home health businesses in this area. Then the Pinnacle In-Home Care team was referred to us. They went above and beyond for our grandfather. Never did we expect such excellence. Every team member was compassionate, polite, considerate, knowledgeable, dependable, enthusiastic, and caring in the highest nature! They truly care about their patients and the families. Thank you Victoria and the rest of your caring staff for all you did for our grandfather and for constantly checking on him in the hospital and for even being there when he passed. Words can not express our gratitude. YOUR COMPANY IS AMAZING! THANK YOU!
