Normally I have not had problems filling prescriptions at this location. Today was treated like a no customer and rude lady at the counter wouldn’t let me speak to a manger… guess they made sure I will no longer be a customer going forward!

I wouldn't go anywhere else as others as stated they actually care and it's true they know you by name when you come in or call! I moved my whole family here. I've gone to big chains like Walgreens in siloam for example I couldn't get my medicine there because it conflicted with the pharmacist personal beliefs. They atleast see at lowell my Dr's are on the same page I've been on the same medicine for almost 13 years. You'd think Walgreens wouldn't chance harming a patient but they don't care lowell does. Best pharmacy hands down.

I started going here part time for just a couple prescriptions in 2015/2016.Throughout the years and with several diagnosis later they help me manage dozens of prescriptions and as long as I’m on top of getting them, they are as well.I never wait more than 15 minutes.Never a long line.They’ve caught issues the Dr office hasn’t and have called me to make sure I’m aware of possibly deadly interactions ….I’m nobody important. I’m not somebody anybody prioritizes.But this place it doesn’t matter, they just do their job. ?

Will not communicate when there are issues. Will not send in preauthorization's and will not tell you if your meds will not be filled. Will not communicate if they are changing meds that wont be covered by insurance. You have to do all the leg work to get prescriptions. I will be switching to someone who can actually communicate. Such a disappointment they used to be better than this. Hard to find good pharmacy's but this is no longer one of them.

Been going here for 3 years. Best pharmacy I've ever had. Very friendly and personable staff. Always remembers me and my husband. My whole household uses them now. Good prices, Lgbtq+ friendly. And they have nice things inside.

Awesome pharmacy with little to no wait time! I use to use Walmart and there seemed to be a problem with every prescription but Lowell Pharmacy gets it right every time!
