Awesome gym and fitness center. This place had everything I wanted in a gym. They have weights, cardio equipment, pool, hot tub, sauna, and steam rooms. Very nice setup and not super crowded. I would highly recommend.

The gym is properly equipped, clean and comfortable space, very well kept facility and the best staff ever. Honestly the best gym in the area all around.

Have had several gym memberships and FitnessOne has the best facilities. Their equipment is always in good shape. Dressing room is clean.
