“This is the place for batteries. I had a truck battery that had gone bad. They had me in and out in probably 15 minutes (including installation). My battery was even under warranty I didn't even realize it, so I had a prorated price. Super knowledgeable and friendly service!”
“Got in the car at Cracker Barrel, and our car wouldn't start. Looked up closest place to get a battery. Called and asked them if they delivered. ? Since we were right down the street, he came down to see if he could jump battery first. When that didn't work, he went back and brought new battery back and installed it. “I thought I had a battery issue but employee checked battery and alternator and advised me there was not a problem with either part. Further investigation found an interior light on in rear of SUV that had been left in the "on" position. Light could not be seen due to luggage stacked for vacation. Thank you to O'Reilly for not just taking advantage of a customer and selling something I did not need.”

“I had a dead battery and went there to get it replaced. Juan was super helpful in picking the one I needed, and he put it in. He seemed genuinely happy to help me even though it was raining. He even went the extra mile by putting a battery backup in the car so I wouldn't lose all my programming. Yes, I know that they are supposed to install the battery, but his attitude was wonderful. He even took the time to explain how to clean the posts and why it's so important in my car to make sure they are always clean.”
