I hate to leave 1 star reviews but I know they can be helpful to management and to future customers.
From the second I walked in there I couldn’t find anyone, eventually I looked around and found an employee playing a game in their phone, I asked for some help and they responded without ever looking up. I needed some help getting the code for the engine issue, so they walked out still playing their game and clearly was not doing something right because no codes were appearing.
I asked what options we had and she just shrugged and said “nothing I can do and went back to her game.”
Not coming back. :/

Very rude staff I had receipt in my hand from an item that was purchased from another Autozone and the grey shirt worker lied straight to my face and said the computer has to update before he can do a return and I was a store manager there that is a bold face lie corporate will be getting a phone call about this situation and I will make sure and never go back it’s not my fault they sold me the wrong item I am taking my business to oriellys

I’ve been a loyal customer of AutoZone on Pleasant Grove Rd in Rogers (Store 3859) for years, consistently spending at least minimum of $5,000 per month on parts. Unfortunately, the experience I’ve had with the staff there has been consistently poor, and they have been extremely dismissive of me as a customer. Recently, I encountered a significant issue requiring an engine warranty service, and the staff at this location were unhelpful and unwilling to assist in the process. Their disregard for customer service and lack of professional assistance is unacceptable, especially given the volume of business we bring to them. I strongly advise against using this particular store. Until there is a change in management and the staff’s attitude improves, I will not be making any further purchases here. It’s deeply disappointing to receive such subpar service from a place where I’ve invested so much over the years.

The service , great parts and the availability of, with the low prices their knowledge kept my hopes high with their help I made it back to my home and family . AutoZone and employees in and away from the store

Excellent service, they helped me find the best option in offers also in obtaining better quality in my auto parts, they were very patient with me, I congratulate the 3 young people (two men and a lady)

My battery was acting up during the cold weather and I went to get it checked out! It was difficult to pinpoint the problem due to multiple reasons but they helped me from like 3pm-6pm. They were super super helpful when I felt defeated. I wish I would’ve gotten the persons name who helped me!

You can ask for a air freshener and they will ask what year and if its 2 or 4 wheel drive

Gave me a printout telling me I needed to spend $400 in parts when in reality it was a bad code thrown out by a bad battery. Never even offered to check my battery.
