This store is the worst parts store you can go to. They sell you the wrong part every time. They have kids working behind the cou ter that know nothing. I now have to walk an hour there and back to get the correct part because they can't deliver it to me. Auto Zone should just shut this store down

Yeah, love these guys. REALLY good service. They accidentally put the wrong battery in my truck (not really their fault, it was an incorrect recommendation in the computer). Fifteen months later I'm needing to jump the battery. I swing by. They notice the battery size and check - sure enough, wrong battery. They drop the correct one in and charge me nothing, resetting my warranty another two years. That's GOOD service.

Landon went ABOVE AND BEYOND for me today! I was having a little issue with what I thought might be the battery! He went to my car and ran some tests on my battery at no charge! Even ran some extra tests to show my alternator and starter were perfect! Assured me to come by anytime and they happily provided this service! He was so kind and exceeded my expectations and made it super easy for a woman to ask for help! So so grateful! THANK YOU!

I hate to leave 1 star reviews but I know they can be helpful to management and to future customers.
From the second I walked in there I couldn’t find anyone, eventually I looked around and found an employee playing a game in their phone, I asked for some help and they responded without ever looking up. I needed some help getting the code for the engine issue, so they walked out still playing their game and clearly was not doing something right because no codes were appearing.
I asked what options we had and she just shrugged and said “nothing I can do and went back to her game.”
Not coming back. :/

Very rude staff I had receipt in my hand from an item that was purchased from another Autozone and the grey shirt worker lied straight to my face and said the computer has to update before he can do a return and I was a store manager there that is a bold face lie corporate will be getting a phone call about this situation and I will make sure and never go back it’s not my fault they sold me the wrong item I am taking my business to oriellys

I’ve been a loyal customer of AutoZone on Pleasant Grove Rd in Rogers (Store 3859) for years, consistently spending at least minimum of $5,000 per month on parts. Unfortunately, the experience I’ve had with the staff there has been consistently poor, and they have been extremely dismissive of me as a customer. Recently, I encountered a significant issue requiring an engine warranty service, and the staff at this location were unhelpful and unwilling to assist in the process. Their disregard for customer service and lack of professional assistance is unacceptable, especially given the volume of business we bring to them. I strongly advise against using this particular store. Until there is a change in management and the staff’s attitude improves, I will not be making any further purchases here. It’s deeply disappointing to receive such subpar service from a place where I’ve invested so much over the years.
