“Tommy wisely questioned my decision to fix an older vehicle with 200k+ miles on it. I told him that I was given a verbal estimate over the phone from a competitor and that it was too high so if his estimate was close to that, I would just end up salvaging the vehicle. This did not detour Tommy - he took lots of pictures and entered everything into his quotation software. After printing out the quote and giving it to me (higher than I expected) he gave me a name of a good salvage company. Collision Connection didn't even charge for the estimate. I'm sure that had I gone through with it - they would've taken care of me. I figure - if they go through great detail on the small things, they'll do the same with the big things!”

“I called them at 3 pm, they got me in right away, diagnosed my problem, and fixed it all before 5, and for cheap too. To sweeten the deal even more, they also identified a problem that my car had had for years and gave me an estimate to fix it. They gave me a fair price, but the part from the manufacturer was $700 with $100 labor. They told me enough about the issue and the part that I needed that I was able to get an aftermarket part for $240 and have a friend put it in. They saved my bacon, give them a shot if you need auto work done.”

“Let's talk about why I recommend this auto shop! I have a 2006 Toyota RAV4 I took her in because my engine light was on, the swerve indicator and VSC. When I would accelerate the engine light would flash. They found multiple issues under the hood.. my coolant was leaking, I needed new spark plugs, coils and a new valve cover gasket. My oil was also coming out where the spark plugs are, to show me this they even texted me photos of the spark plugs and the engine. They broke down how much each thing would cost, even how much the labor would cost. Overall the cost is what I would have expected for labor plus parts and diagnostics. As you can see from the photos they provided me, there is oil on the spark plugs (not good!!!) Thank you for doing such a thorough check and when I need work done, I will be bringing back to them.”
“Owner is so generous he fix my car with no charge. I visited two other shops and they’re charging over $100 to fix the same problem. So I decided to visit Stuart automotive they fix it within an hour and didn’t even charge. They said it’s minor thing to fix.
