She and her team answered all of our questions, they communicated quickly anything we needed to sign, and had the upmost professional yet friendly personalities. We had an incredible experience with Arvest Bank and our loan officer, Joy.We cannot say enough good things about Joy. She showed a genuine interest in our home buying experience and her upbeat spirit is so refreshing.Joy has incredible knowledge and experience in her field. Any question we had, she answered. She was easy to get in contact with and when she was unavailable, she was quick to set up time to talk. She went above and beyond in explaining how things worked as well as gave tips to help us make the best decisions possible. We are grateful for Joy and the Arvest team!

It was honestly a fantastic experience and my loan officer helped me throughout the entire process, being a first time buyer at the young age of 22, there was alot to learn and Jason Markowski helped me every step of the way, he got a lower interest rate then expected, suggested I ask for buyers credit to help with closing cost, and was just an awesome dude to work with.

Honestly I hate leaving bad reviews, but I wouldn’t recommend anyone get a mortgage through Arvest. The initial process of getting it is fine, but the customer service if you have issues with payments or their autopay is the worst I’ve experienced. Charging late fees because their system doesn’t work correctly, and doing nothing to fix it. I guess I’ll just have to pay a late fee every month because their system messed up? Would not recommend.

I could not be happier with my experience obtaining a mortgage from Arvest. Arvest's mortgage rates were very competitive and they were easy to do business with. Most of the paperwork was completed via e-mail and the closing was done at my home!

Charlie Bahr and Cherie Bourne were absolutely phenomenal to work with. They went to bat for me time and time again and made sure that everything I needed to have done was taken care of. Would put zero if it let me - Arvest Bank Mortgage Division is holding my money hostage and telling me that I cannot have access to my money for 20 days - the money is needed for a down payment on my house - it is MY MONEY!!!!! I've already waited 5 days for the check to clear not they are telling me I need to wait 20 more days to get the money transferred into my Arvest bank account. Someone please help me!!! I am getting no where with customer service or the local representatives.

Our mortgage loan officer was Rick Sano and he was great. We were first time home buyers and he took time to explain everything in great detail, and was always available.
