Sent a broken car to them that failed on the weekend on our vacation. They promptly diagnosed the vehicle within 48 hours with a minimal diagnosis fee and made sure to ensure us that we had the option to pursue the manufacturer instead of hoping to gain off the repair themselves. Integrity is hard to come by!
