This business operates a post office inside. I presented a package on March 7th to them that had the label printed, all they had to do was to scan the pkg in. They scanned it in and here it is March 16th and no one can tell me where it is. I went to the main post office and they were little help other than to tell me to go to this "post office" and find out why they didn't scan it when they sent it out. I went in there today and they didn't have a clue. With today's technology there is no excuse for not knowing where the package is. What is more problematic is that frontline postal representatives have 0 training on how to research a missing package. They literally have a deer in the headlights look when someone wants to find out about a shipment. Bottom line, unless it is absolutely necessary I will never use USPS and I will never set foot in this business.
