Used the drive thru ATM. Pressed the 40.00 cash withdrawal button on the screen. A receipt printed out that I was trying to withdraw 100.00, insufficient funds. ATM offered an option to change the amount, I pressed 40.00 AGAIN. Cash and card returned. I was charged 6.00 for "two" transactions, and 1.00 overdraft fee (I use a different bank, btw). Went inside to talk to Sarah at the front desk. She made a phone call to Laura who told her "there is nothing we can do, you have to dispute the charges with your bank." I asked her if the ATM belonged to Bank OZK and she said yes, but "we don't have anything to do with the ATM here. They won't even let us service it." So I was just charged 7.00 for a 40.00 ATM withdrawal, at no fault of my own. Do yourself a favor, stay away from Bank OZK. The customer service is non-existent and they must have a faulty ATM that they cannot fix, because "we don't have anything to do with the ATM here. They won't even let us service it." Disgusting.... P.S. Eticia is the managers name.

Review of the OZK in Hot Springs Village, Arkansas. I have visited the bank multiple times in the last couple of weeks. Had trouble with my Debit card. The teller stated she was not really assigned to this branch as she was just on temporary loan from another branch. She did not know how to help me. The other teller was knew and she did not know either. Asked if maybe the manager would know. She said they did not have a manager. I called the main branch in Hot Springs and the lady that answered the phone solved my issue. Next week I visited the branch to follow up on an order I had placed. The two tellers that were on duty stated it must have been lost. I asked about possible investment options and they said I would need to call a number at the Hot Springs bank. It appears the branch only offers very limited services. There are other banks in Hot Springs Village we will be visiting. Need a full service bank.

I have banked at this location for years. The staff has always been extremely professional, and resolved any issues I have had quickly.

The team here needs training on dealing with elderly with dementia. My mom had a very upsetting experience with a female teller over something she misunderstood. Rather than being compassionate and patient, the teller became impatient and condescending.
