I walked into the store and they weren't accepting cash for some reason I guess the girl behind the cow is just too stupid to give change I asked her if she asked why and she said she couldn't tell me the reason I'm just assuming she was too stupid to count change I will never return here

I live locally in town and this is my go to for filling up my vehicle. They tend to be the cheapest (Reputable) station in town when combined with the Gas Buddy card (Which works directly at the pump). I went to pump 3 as it is directly across the entrance of the building. Upon inserting my card, I noticed that it didn’t seem to go far enough in to be flush like usual. Not only that but it would not advance to the PIN screen. Only upon pressing the “Cancel“ button did the next screen appear. By then the transaction had been cancelled and it was only a matter of the screens catching up (which they eventually did). I tried it a couple times before realizing that the pump was inoperable, and proceeded to a different pump which worked as advertised. After pumping my gas, I went inside to let the clerk/ attendant know that the pump was not functioning properly. He said he was aware. I commented that I had just come in hoping that they would put a sign up stating that the pump wasn’t working to save folks some time. He responded that: “We are not allowed to put anything on the pumps without corporate’s permission” and that “People will just have to figure it out for themselves.” Most asinine thing I heard all day.Update:I stopped by less than 48 hours later and every pump had a bag around its handle. Go figure.
