Extremely poor quality jewelry and customer service. Do not go here. My wife's ring continues to lise diamonds. They will lie to you on the phone and they will lie on their official records for your jewelry. I have proof of this. They are also the only place that will make you come in every six months to maintain insurance. Go some where else.

I didn't get my wedding ring from here. However, hands down, they have the best customer service between all the jewelry stores we shopped. I did return for my diamond earrings and still exceptional service.

Poor service for repairs. Began the transaction with the associate questioning us like we'd stolen the ring. Having purchased it and the insurance outright, we still had the receipt. Being commissioned, I'm sure they'll treat you better for purchases and push you to the top of your budget for cheap product.

Don't jewelry shop much, but have done so at a Zales for years. We have to go get the wife's ring inspected every 6 months for the diamond loss warranty. Most recently while we were there for the inspection, we also asked about getting it resized. They told us it was free with the warranty we had. Great! That process went fine, but a couple months later we noticed a diamond missing so took it back. They told us we had missed an inspection so they wouldn't pay for the replacement diamond. We never missed an inspection (except for the excused time during covid when they were shut down), we had it sent for resizing at the same time as the last inspection, and they screwed up and didn't mark it as inspected. We won't likely be back, especially since the "inspection" is just a way to get you back into the store a couple of times a year anyway.
