Oh my what can I say about Ms. Vera! She worked with my husband for weeks to get the best 15 anniversary ring. My husband even brought my girls in to meet Ms. Vera to get their approval on the prefect ring! When I came in to meet her, she greeted me with a warm smile and hug! Ms. Vera is the BEST!

Vera, Sales Representative greeted me and my husband with a very friendly smile and was very professional. We were looking for me a new wedding ring for our 25th wedding anniversary. My husband wanted yellow gold, big and bold diamond ring with diamond bands on each side. Vera showed us several options. She is very knowledgeable about the diamonds. She showed us the Lab Diamond and explained everything about it because we had never heard of Lab Diamonds. We decided on (see attached picture) ring. My husband was very particular about the ring and he brought his calibers and measured the thickness of the ring before it was sent out to be sized. Vera reassured my husband that the ring will come back right. The ring came back and my husband was blown away that it was the same thickness that it was before it was sized. Vera represented Zales with such professionalism in helping us especially with all the concerns my husband had about the ring. We will definitely be back to see Vera with any future purchases.
