Terrible delivery experience. Had a scheduled delivery between 11A-2P. No communication whatsoever that it was delayed. Called over 3x and emailed multiple times asking for updates and was told that no one would answer phones or emails. Not sure how this company is in business by the looks of their reviews and their customer service.

We will call you an hour before delivery. I missed the call, I called back. In a nutshell the dude grilled me for not answering my phone and said I’m not doing It today and we will tomorrow. Got a call today saying that was never discussed with the right person so it will be next week. Again got grilled for not answering my phone the first time. I have a feeling it’s not going to show up on Monday and when it does it’s probably going to be damaged.

100% favoritism, tear up an enormous amount of freight, honestly don’t see how they stay in business. Terrible place to work no matter what the name is on the building.

Worst delivery experience ever. They called to reschedule 5 days after it was supposed to be here. When they got here they backed into my power lines and rip it out of the wall. Did not deliver because of live wires in the way to bring it inside. Now they are saying the soonest they can have it here is 6 more days. They don’t want to pay for the damages that they caused. I love how it is all my fault. Thanks for nothing XPO

Refrigerator arrived unsecured, laying flat on its back in the back of the truck, nothing to keep it from sliding all over the truck with the rest of the unsecured load. Not to mention SEVEN DAYS after it was first scheduled to be delivered. It was rescheduled five different times during that seven days. Each time I had to make arrangements to be there during their 4 hour window. Of course it was damaged beyond acceptance so yet another two weeks to get another.

Was supposed to have peloton treadmill delivered today. Got 10 emails and several phone calls confirming the time and date. Called this morning and stated the truck broke down. Peloton didn’t care nor did whoever I spoke to in Asia. Reschedule date is August 9th. Who knows if they will have a working truck then. Peloton needs to use a different delivery company. Not sure how this logistics company is still in business Many of the reviews are the same as mine.

Terrible customer service. They were supposed to deliver a tv from Amazon on Wednesday, then they called & said it would be Thursday, then called & said it would be Friday. Guess what, they called back & said Tuesday. Absolutely fed up with them!

I was scheduled to have a peloton bike picked up for a return on 3/30. They texted me that day saying they need to reschedule. I called them and was told that they would be picking up on 4/8. Today they texted me the same. So another day off work and still no pick up. When I called today I was connected to customer service manager named Eddie in the Philippines... Bad service ???? reschedule for 4/16 let's see what happens!Update**** 4/16 they called and said truck broke down. They need to reschedule for next Saturday 4/23.... Worst company ever.. I will update next Saturday!

We drove 5hrs one way and told after we got there we would need to reschedule the delivery. They knew we were coming 300 miles for our shipment. So we turned around drove 5 hrs back home. Will never trust XPO again. Wait till you see my post for Living Spaces

I was told my customers delivery would be handled today for sure by two different XPO employees. One AM one Pm, assuring me they would call my customer one hour before delivery. So he could unload. We were already a day late due to weather and I totally understand that part but to not follow through the next day and having it in the terminal and choosing to not deliver is not good business. I would never tell my customer one thing and do another. I realize it was a small order but please say what you will do and do what you say.

I hate even giving them 1 star but I had to. I guess there’s 2 sides to XPO and the side with Mr Mills has been helpful, unfortunately the side that was supposed to pick up my return wasn’t from his side but the other. I’ve been hung up on multiple times and the 1 time they actually came to pick this mattress up they didn’t call 30min before like they were supposed to. They still haven’t pick it up and won’t even let me bring it to them so I can get my 1,090 dollars back! This side needs new management so they can prosper!

Fast and easy experience, thanks xpo. Got my order out to me within like 10 mins of showing up, forklifted it into my truck no hassles.
