RXO delivered and installed our new washer and dryer. The gentlemen who delivered were very competent and professional. We wanted to keep our old dryer and the pedestal off our old washer. They helped remove the pedestal and put it and the old dryer in my shop. Installation of the new washer and dryer was flawless. Very satisfied.

Two of RXO's installers brought our new LG over the oven microwave at the time promised, and immediately began installing it. Our old Westinghouse microwave turned out to have fairly different installation points, so I expected them to say "sorry" and leave. But amazingly, they unpacked their tools (including tape measure and drills) and went to work. An hour later, the LG was professionally installed, and the old Westinghouse hauled away.Very friendly installers, no gripes, no grumbles, just professionals doing what was necessary. We'll remember these two and the company they work for, and we'll spread the word.

I was informed that they only have two delivery workers and one was out so they couldn't deliver my stuff. I asked them why did I find out the day it was suppose to be delivered? I got told to reschedule it and that's basically all they could do. So here it is me having to pick it up myself. Worst company ever

A week ago I confirmed my peloton to be delivered today. At 7:50am I get a call that the truck is broke and have to push it out a week. After calling them again (I guess they outsource their calls) I was told by an Indian guy I can come pick it up if Peloton approves (because why should I have to wait another week if the bike is at the facility 40 minutes from me). Peloton approved so I rushed over because I saw they closed at 5pm. Just to get there and have no one answer the door! I had to call them again and their answering service (that is outsourced) was absolutely terrible. Also expected me to wait in the parking lot, for an unknown amount of time, for someone to call me back. 40 minutes later I leave with no answers and no bike. Very disappointed in RXO and having no one local to speak with, also for not being able to deliver my bike for another week, and that I used a quarter tank of gas for nothing.

Mason and Jeremy delivered my new fridge. They were great to keep in touch with me about their delivery time. Got my old fridge out and new one in very little time. My kitchen and utility room are really small. Wasn’t an easy task. Nice guys.

Despite having a long and challenging day the two gentlemen that came to pick up my peloton were kind and professional. They had excellent communication throughout the day explaining delays and keeping me informed of changes in pickup time and verifying the changes were acceptable for me. They didn’t act like it was a burden and made the process painless for me.

The two gentlemen who delivered our refrigerator were awesome, really amazing guys who worked without a waisted movement throughout the installation process. Really completely satisfied with our delivery, very courteous, respectful, and prompt when they messaged that they would be here in 30 minutes. Can't say enough about the care they took getting our large 31 cubic feet refrigerator into the house and setting it up for operation. Very PROFESSIONAL!!! GREAT JOB GUYS.

[This is a copy of the review that I posted on google] The "white glove" delivery/installation was a joke! The LG washer/dryer was delivered in an Enterprise rental truck that was not even equipped with the basic parts needed for installation. The delivery team was clearly unskilled and untrained. They did the unloading, unpacking in the middle of a busy residential street, despite my repeated requests to move to the side, driveway, or indoors. They left a mess of packing material on the street. Used a small hand cart with no safety straps to move appliances. Didn't have appropriate dryer cord on truck, so reused my 26-year-old cord. Incorrectly wired and incorrectly strain-relieved said cord. Connected washer hoses without straightening, leaving a jumbled mess. Dropped a fitting down my stand pipe. Didn't have dryer duct on truck, so left that unconnected. RXO offered to send someone out early the following week to fix the mess created by their "3rd party" folks. But i had loads of laundry to do over the weekend, didn't really trust their work quality, and didn't have the luxury to take time off work to wait for another crew. So I ended up getting all the installation parts from Lowes, undoing their "white glove" mess, and completing the installation myself. Follow-up: RXO contacted me after I posted the original review on google. I told them that in addition to the aforementioned debacle, they had also neglected to leave the washer's shipping/transit bolt assemblies with me as they are supposed to. They said they would locate and get those to me. A few days later they dropped off bent, bare transit bolts (see picture). No explanation for why the bolts were bent or bare. When I asked about the rest of the assembly (plastic sleeve and clip, see picture of actual transit-bolt assembly assembly), they first said that "the black piece and the plastic piece stay in the machine. And the silver clamp is used to hold the cord." When I debunked that patently false and absurd claim, they changed the story to "we provided you with what LG gave us for you," implying that LG shipped the washer with incomplete transit-bolt assemblies, just bare , bent bolts! Another easily debunkable lie -- without the sleeves and clips, the bare botls simply can't be secured in the 1-inch holes! Add untruthful to unequipped, unskilled, and untrained to RXO's qualities. This outfit appears to be LG's last-mile shipper for SouthWest Ohio. So to avoid having to deal with this nonsense again, I might have to consider other brands for future appliance purchases :-(

Zero complaints. The team arrived during the earlier part of my delivery window, and were in and out within 30 mins. Very professional and polite!
