The customer service representative was very nice, professional, and all around easy going. He made sure I understood everything completely and that I received the best for my buck. It is so hard to find his level of customer service these days, I truly appreciate it.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. Took my car in to replace the suspension and "make it safe". Was charged $2,500, took a week. A few days later it was obvious the wheel bearing was in wrong and the alignment was pulling right. Took it back, said my wheel bearing was defective and took almost a week to fix it it. Didn't touch the alignment. 3 days later my brand new fixed twice wheel bearing fell apart and locked, abruptly stopping my vehicle (while I was approaching a red light thank God or I could've died). They have had it back now for four days (it's Friday), and are telling me the wheel is fixed but because of the alignment, and the fact they don't work weekends and Monday is memorial day, I can't have it back til Tuesday. I'm beyond fed up. No effort to even act as if this is ridiculous, no refund offered. DO NOT BE TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF.Services: Wheel alignment
