The service is very bad and the customer service is very terrible, bad service because the manager Danisa discriminates against Latinos in this Walmart store, I will not return

Horrible horrible horrible. Every pick up order I have to wait 30-45 mins before getting out and walking to the pickup door to make sure they have me checked in. Then they are rude to you for asking them why you’ve had to wait. Get home and 2-3 items didn’t get included or stuff I didn’t order shows up (and no I don’t return it). If you go inside and need something from the beauty section, you HAVE to pay for it there because of all the theft. When it’s time to check out the rest of your stuff, there’s usually 1 or 2 real cashiers with lines into the clothing section…the rest is self checkout. Then I get stopped at the door everytime so someone can look at my receipt to make sure I’m not stealing. If you don’t trust customers enough to check out their own groceries, put more cashiers in place. Additionally - the people that do work there are so unprofessional…cussing and talking on the phone while you’re checking out, walking down the aisle talking to each other and gossiping about other employees. I work 2 jobs so pick up is USUALLY more convenient but I’m gonna have to find another grocery store.

Worst walmart in little rock. Why do you hassle your customers but not opening up the grocery side doors and making them walk to the home and pharmacy doors to come in the building knowing most customers are coming in to buy groceries? Absolutely makes no sense.

This Wal-Mart only takes credit cards and one cash line which is lined all the way to the back of the store....definitely don't recommend

Since when does Walmart lock up men's dress socks??? That was the craziest thing I've seen. Tried to ask an associate to open the case and they said they couldn't open it because they closed at 10pm. It was 9pm. 😠

This is a wonderful Walmart in Little Rock. If the bus still goes right up to the door that's great. I was always able to find everything I needed and wanted. The employees were always so nice and helpful no matter what the situation was. I love the custom made cakes from the bakery department!!!
Delicious and so reasonably priced! Try it for your next special cake order.
