I visit Dr. Bravard Eye Care office inside the Walmart on 700 bowman rd Little Rock Ar. Which was a great experience but when I entered the Walmart vision center next to his office I had the pleasure of meeting this Walmart eye and vision employee Tamara Taylor who has to be one of the worst Walmart eye and Vision employees she had the horrible attitude very unconcerned she didn’t take time to explain anything someone needs to explain what customer service is and how it works because it clear she doesn’t have a clue I will take my business elsewhere thanks Ms. Taylor

It is the worst! Nobody is interested to help and did not even bother to greet their customer. You will immediately feel that you are not welcome and they are not interested to help. I went to James Eye Care in Chenal instead. It's a complete opposite experience I had.

Went to get my son a pair of glasses. The employee that “helped me” was Nigel. Although he was a nice person, it was clear that he wasn’t prepared to properly operate the computer. He had issues with log-in, locating insurance(previous customer), applying the insurance to the purchase and finalizing the transaction. By the time I had enough, the other employee was able to help 4 customers, take a 10 min break and was on her fifth customer. She even helped Nigel with logging into the system. Nigel definitely needs more training. No customer should be waiting for over 40 min for a single transaction. Also the other employee should of taken over to ensure customer satisfaction. Don’t let Nigel wait on you.

These guys are quick and efficient. Additionally, they’re nice. They’re so personable and really make you feel like they’re happy you’re there. As long as they’re open, and as long as I live in Little Rock, I will always get my eye prescription from them.

Broke my glasses the day before I was to drive out of state for over 12 hours. I called Walmart Vision Center at 3:30 p.m. Got to the vision center at 3:45 and my glasses were repaired before 4:00 p.m. Not only were they helpful and kind, but they actually made me feel appreciated. I will now use them for all of my vision needs. They also made adjustments that made my glasses feel new again. Thank You!
