Be careful at this store if mgmt. makes a promise they will Welch on it. I talked to a Leo today a coach and he tried to help but naw dis Juan came in and got involved in something that he had no business in. I bought a defective flat screen tv from this store. Put it up for a few months while our house was being rebuilt after the tornado. Had it mounted when the TV mounting company looked at it it had a green line going down the middle. Of the set. The TV mount is stated that the TV had been damaged in the packing or it had been pressured and because of that I need to take it back. They didn't know I had had the TV for a minute well naturally guess what Walmart has a 30 day return policy on electronics unless you buy the extended warranty may not know when did a new TV probably didn't need an extended warranty..... well anyway I talk with a gentleman in corporate that said that because I had a TV for a while I could only be overridden by the store management so I went in to talk to the store manager never got to talk to him but I was able to talk to a gentleman that interceded for him.(Leo) And everything was going smooth with the return until this jag-off(Juan) got in the midst of it and screwed its up... His problem was that I was exchanging TV for a different model, which I should have because at that point, I didn't trust Vizios to be fine out the box. And I was willing to pay more for any other brand that I had plus by the extended warranty that way we were not going to repeat this mistake. Long story short the whole process went to hell because of one person and the store expected me to eat a $500 TV that came out defective out at their store... be wary about where you spend your dollars folks.

My friends and I made a pitstop here last night just to grab a few things. The store was clean and well stocked. No long lines compared to the ones in California lol. We were in and out and I appreciate the staffs hospitality.

Walmart of last resort in LR. Poor stocking. Poor Customer Service. Go to the Cantrell or Shackleford stores instead.

It's a Walmart. Walmart is always going to be Walmart. This one and the one on Cantrell are pretty good in terms of how the business looks and what's in the store. I will say this location in general has a lot more younger people than most which tends to lead to you not getting much help if you need it. Not exactly a negative just something to look out for. But the main thing is you need to understand that reading reviews over a big retail store isn't going to get you anywhere.

I went to the store today. There were no buggies on either end of the store. When I asked the greeter about this her remark was "oh honey don't worry about it, it'll be OK another day. We don't know where any of the managers are. "If there's no buggies in the store and you're that shorthanded as a manager you should be out there getting buggies. I'm young and healthy, I can carry my handful of groceries but there were a lot of elderly people looking for buggies. This is unacceptable with a business like Walmart. Disappointed.

If zero stars were possible. That is what they would get. Waited 1.5 hours in pickup. Talked to a live person about my order and they never came back. called three times to pickup and once to electronics just to try to speak to someone. No one answered the phone a single time. Let it ring plenty of times to get someone's attention. I don't know who gets paid to do nothing. I'd fire the lit of them.

I am about to boycott wal mart period. I went to return something and no customer service employees. It was totally closed. From rising prices, lawsuits and discrimination. I think its time to take my business somewhere else for good.

Very nice staff. The staff is also very helpful. We are passing by and had to buy a few things and we're not able to find a few sections. The person went over and above and walk towards the end of the store and helped us. Such nice person.

Walmart makes it very easy to spend your money, but heaven help you if you try to get customer service. As a senior on limited income, I bought an air conditioner online, but couldn't afford the protection plan until the following week. And here's where the trip to hell began. Unable for days on end to get anyone on the phone or online. Wasting my time by making it impossible to reach anyone. I finally got one rep who said the department I need was closed and he would have them call me. They didn't. Another rep very nicely told me I cannot add the plan because the purchase was not made with my account. My account clearly shows the purchase. Several more fruitless attempts had no results. I tried to reach the corporate office by email - and was thrown back in the basic customer service pool where I got a steady string of no-can-do until one person promised to escalate me to the "senior" level, who would reach out to help me. Another week wasted and no help from anyone. Back to emailing CS. Another can't help... One said hey you could do this all along, and suggested an arduous path to what was supposed to help me. I responded that after wasting all my time maybe someone should just work through it for me. Next response was oh no it's too late, it's past 30 days, nothing we can do. I pointed out that it was the company's long string of timewasting failures that pushed me past the deadline. Finally a response that sounded like a resolution. An offer to send a replacement that would generate a new order number which would allow me to order the plan. I responded with gratitude and offered my cc number so the plan could be bought with the replacement order. No answer. Hours later someone says we don't have it in stock, so we can't help you. The degree to which this company - with its long parade of hapless reps - have jerked me around is astounding. BUYER BEWARE. This company is impossible to deal with if you need any help. RUN - don't walk - away from Walmart.

The only thing saving them from a lower rating is grocery pick-up. It's great. However, the store is supposed to be open until midnight. I got there at 11:45 pm and was told by someone yelling out the door that they were closed. He didn't offer any explanation. He just turned people away. If you're not going to honor your hours, why have them?

The store is 24 hours but it's closed right now at 1:22 am. People are walking around inside doing absolutely nothing. I don't get it. I was just here two weeks ago at 3 am and they were open with other customers inside. Now all of a sudden they are closed. I don't understand?

Gross. So much moldy stuff. I reached back to grab the last box of the squeeze pouch applesauce packets and it was covered in mold. Behind it there were 4 fruit cups completely filled with mold and oozing everywhere. Totally unsanitary and disgusting.. I told the nearest worker there was a bunch of mold in the next isle over and she said "k thank you" and went about her business. She didn't even ask where exactly in the next isle it was.. also the blueberries that were displayed up at the front of the store were moldy in the bottom! never shopping for food at this location again.

This is one of the worst Walmart's. They did not have several things that I went in looking to purchase. The lines were long as usual so I used the self check. The associate was so lackadaisical. No of the registers had bags to put your purchased items. The young lady bought some out and was slow to place them so I had to wait for her to finally give me two to place my items in. What store runs out of bags!!!! Walmart!!! Poor management.
