My shopping experience was delightful the workers were kind and helpful hope the only thing that rub me the wrong way was as I was leaving out the store there was a downfall of rain pouring rain so loud that you could hear it from inside the store I had just bought over $300 with a grocery list I waited Till the rain letter then I pull my car closer to the front door because I had left my groceries at the entrance As I'm loading up my groceries it is still raining There were 3 employees standing in the doorway of the entrance watching me look watching me load up my groceries and getting wet I asked him yeah I think you're gonna help me out here? One looked at me and shrugged his shoulders and said I'm good the other 2 but too wouldn't look my way That is the solid group of employees that you have I'll make sure that I called until the manager is well

I'd like to say thank you and give praise to Jackson at Supercenter #5244. I had big issues with a delivery order submitted via the app. Jackson went above and beyond to ensure I was cared for. Kind, professional, and thoughtful, he recognized I am a person with a disability and he was not going to fail me. He is a great employee and I want to make sure you know. Thank you.

Normally I don't have too many issues with their store but their auto center is terrible I said and I took my vehicle in to get a simple tire sensor replacement brought my car in at 4 PM and who I am 30 minutes before the place closes at seven and they just pulled my car into the lift This is beyond the bounds of ridiculous I understand everybody has their day but how in the hell are you gonna take three hours to do a 10 minute job??? The service manager Tanner sat around and had to wait for me to jump his ass about my car sitting outside since 4 o'clock before he even pulled it in but here people pulling up at 5:30 and rolling into the base in my car is still sitting on the side....I walked the store went shopping and bought food and then sitting in the waiting area for over an hour and they think this is adequate customer service I hope he doesn't think I'm gonna pay for this shit which ain't nothing more than five dollars anyway I think a call to the store manager is an order

Wish I could give zero stars. Everything was smooth until I needed to go customer service to purchase a money order. There is a lady that can stand up sitting in a wheel chair as far as I could see, who started me down the moment I walked into customer service. I asked to purchase a money order with a Lady standing at the desk and the wheel chair lady started blabbering when she heard the amount. Because my purchase was over 1000 dollars she went on to blurt out checking ID when I've never had to have an ID check to buy a money order. I patiently told her to please chill and mind her business. She kept blabbering saying "I'm serious" and I said the same thing back, "I'm serious" so she would stop harassing me. I really won't ever buy a money order there again. Not that it matters to Walmart. I will continue my business needs with Kroger as usual.

I must give them a bad review, they have nearly eradicated all the human checkers. I could not imagine having a basket full, and then have to scan them all myself. This is ridiculous. Now if you are looking for something quick and in and out this is your place. There is a ton of U-scans. As I walked around I was wondering were are all the people now I know, NO ONE WANTS TO SCAN A BUGGIE FULL OF GROCERIES! Note: please don't let COVID be the excuse, because it's not.

Cantrell Location - Please tell you greeters to quit stopping me. 1st a Mexican girl, now the guy in the wheel chair. If I have just checked out, why do I need for you to scan my items again? Stop. I am sick of this kind of treatment from you guys. Please get customer service training for your greeters. Maybe check with Chick fi la, they seem to have it together.

Please have your employees who take their breaks at the in-store McDonald's to use headphones when listening to music or watching movies. Nothing more distracting to a quiet conversation than music from the next table making it hard to hear. Just use common courtesy.

Very clean and organized. Also the design is not bad, but that has little impact on the shopping experience.

The pharmacy is a joke! I had new prescriptions and they only filled 1; the doctor had sent 6 to them. And then they told me that my insurance would not cover prescriptions for 3 months at a time. How interesting as Walgreens never had an issue. The tech told me he would be glad to call Walgreens for me and picked up the phone. I told him NO but I would be having a discussion with the store manager on my way out. I HAVE GOT TO WHERE I HATE WALMART!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Customer service is seriously lacking. The store is a typical Wal-Mart Supercenter, same ol', same ol' stuff, but the service is unfriendly and some employees even show attitude. The Pharmacy staff are polite, at least. If the service was more friendly, I would give this Wal-Mart a 4 star rating.

Look I hate Walmart, especially the ones in Texas where they are always packed and full of people who are nut jobs. However the Walmart here on Cantrell is beautiful on the outside with the overlooking of the hills and trees, and it's a pleasant drive and smooth roads. This Walmart the 10 times I've been here has always been dead and usually never have to wait in line which is the reason I hated Walmart. The only reason for not 5 stars here is half the stuff I got on Clearance wasn't marked right and the lady had to keep calling a manager to adjust the price, then told me I owed her a tip, I almost slapped myself in disbelief. None the less, this will probably be the only Walmart I ever go to, clean, organized, and easy to get to it, no crowds.

Wow I'd like to give a lower rating than 1 star. Institutionalized horrible customer service.

I don't really have many positive things to say about this Walmart and I agree with J.R. that most of the employees are terrible. There are a few very friendly, helpful employees that work here, but they're vastly outnumbered by those that are lazy and unhelpful. The appearance of the store looks okay for a Walmart store, but it's still not good and it's been allowed to run down, very quickly. The entrance off Highway 10 has always been very dark (reflective paint on the curbs would help a lot!) and I've seen numerous near-accidents here. The store shelves are often bare and the produce section is just awful. Finding an employee to help is rarely worth the trouble, so I don't bother. One good thing about the store is that it's not as busy, ever since Walmart opened and renewed other nearby stores. Unfortunately, they seem to have allowed this store to run down since then, as well. One good thing about Walmart is that it's still a great place to do general shopping and it offers several items that I, surprisingly, struggle to find elsewhere around town. If it wasn't for these things, I'd never shop at Walmart. I'd actually rather shop somewhere that excelled at one thing, so it's more that Walmart offers items I struggle to find elsewhere. Still, I'd never step foot into another Walmart again, if I could only find certain items available elsewhere, locally. P.S. Also, many items have no shelf tags, and even if they do, they're often wrong. That's very annoying.

Just a Walmart like any other. This remains open 24 hours so you can grab whatever you are looking for at 2 a.m. if that is what your regular shopping hour is. Their lube and tire center folks are helpful but be careful of younger workers as they are inexperienced and I don't like folks to learn their trade at the expense of my vehicle. Ask for older or more experienced guys to work on your car and it will be all good.
