Tired of this place constantly deciding its own opening hours without giving any of us customers a heads-up, despite their hours online saying otherwise. All because the staff there is too lazy and incompetent to open when they're supposed to.

Wasted our time for 2 hours for them only to tell us they cannot fill our prescription. If I could give them lower I would. The most unprofessional staff I have ever dealt with.

Just weird customer service. Cashier asked me to pick up my items so she could scan them and asked me to bag them myself..no explanation why. If you're worried about infection just use alcohol sanitizer on your hands or have us do our own checkout

I've been a loyal customer of Walgreens for many years, but I recently had such a bad experience that I've decided it will be my last. I had hip surgery and went to pick up my prescription from the drive-thru window. There were 5 cars ahead of me, and I had to wait for 25 minutes. When it was finally my turn, the clerk had trouble understanding me and asked for my ID even though I had already provided my name and birthday. After looking at my ID, she told me there was no prescription ready for me. I insisted that I had received emails about 2 prescriptions waiting for me, but she kept insisting that there were none. I ended up going inside the store, where I was the only customer at the counter. It took the counter clerk no time to find my medicine. Waiting 25 minutes at the drive-thru window for 5 cars when they were not busy is unacceptable. I have had poor service in the past few years and always gave them a pass. Today's service was insulting. I will join my family and other friends and never set foot in another Walgreens.

They closed early yesterday at 6pm and again today at 3pm - so they're gonna close at noon tomorrow based on this earlier and earlier closing time??? They need to update their hours to "RANDOM" since they close at all kinds of different hours every day - EXCEPT what they list on Google!!!

Customer service is horrible. They are very understaffed and have really gone down over the past few years.i drive 20 minutes twice to get my prescription only to see long line and then be told they only have 1 pharmacist. I called today. I stayed on hold for 28 minutes, once when they answered they keep putting me back on hold. Someone answered, placed the phone down (I could hear them talking) then sent me a recording saying they were experiencing technicals. I stayed on the phone a total of 45 minutes. Try somewhere else for better service.

Most ridiculous pharmacy in Little Rock. Highly recommend going across the street to The Pharmacy at Wellington.
Unfortunately I have ONE medication I cannot get filled anywhere but Walgreens and am forced to deal with incompetence in the highest degree every month.
June 1st (Saturday) I come in to get the same one month prescription filled. The one medication I am forced to get filled here.
They tell me they only have (5) but I can get those then come back Monday for the other 25. I say okay. And come back Monday.
Then Monday, all of the sudden, it's an issue because it hasn't been (5) days, so I am getting the remainder "too early". Yet not only did they tell me to come back Monday, if they had stock I would have left with 30 Saturday.
I come back on Monday the 10th, and they still don't have them ready. Can't even find where they owe them to me. This pharmacy and the people working here are rude, ridiculous and overall just completely suck at their job.

Walgreens regularly makes mistakes in notification. The workers at this pharmacy must be treated poorly or understaffed because they are always unhappy and not friendly. See different people almost every time so there must be big turnover of employees.

Store opens at 7 am. Arrived at 7:30 am and another customer was present. Door was locked and key in door (inside). Called management several times, with no response.

The lady working at 7:20 on Sunday April 7th with the piercings was incredibly unprofessional. She left the front unattended for several minutes and allowed a customer who walked in after me to cut the line that I was waiting in.
She’s also lazy and her eyes and demeanor make me believe she was high. Didn’t even give me my receipt.
She was incredibly rude as well.

Called my prescription in & they said it would be ready when I got there. When I got there, they said it would take 5-10 minutes and to come back. Came back 20 minutes later & they said it wouldn’t be ready until tomorrow. Got an email 2 minutes later that my prescription was filled, but that they were closed for the day.
