The Cantrell/Mississippi store in Little Rock, AR, has the worst Pharmacy Techs and service. They are incapable of doing their jobs., For my experience, I was trying to get a prescription refilled early and was informed insuance wouldnt cover it until today, December 21st, and that I would need to order it then if I want insurance to cover it. So I waited till today and got a notice that my order didn’t go through, so had to call back and went through a long process of asking why this was the case and at first, they told me that I didn’t have refills, but when I looked at the app, I had 9 refills left. I believe the person who answered decided to see if they could get my provider to prescribe me more. However, instead of asking the correct provider for my prescription, they selected the wrong provider and got my refill declined, and then told me when I asked why I couldn’t get my refill after being told twice within the last week that I could get it today, the women who worked the 4:30pm shift was very rude and said she would say nothing more of the matter and that was that. I will never shop at this location and I am glad the N. Rodney Parham Pharmacy knew what they were doing, because they got my prescription filled (the one with the 9 refills available) and I was able to get my insurance to cover it. I know nothing will ever get done about the pharmacy tech who doesn’t know how to do their job and has the worst customer service work ethic that I have ever had the displeasure to talk with, but this is just a warning to others, do not waste your time or energy with this pharmacy location.

I just returned from Walgreens. I bought two items. For one, the price was not on it and, surprise, it turned out to be more expensive than similar items that did have prices. For the other, the weight on the tube appeared greater than the actual content in the tube. This was a Walgreens house brand product. This makes me wonder if Walgreens has a record of deceptive pricing or if others have noticed this about Walgreens, or if there is informal buzz and discussion about this that specifically mentions Walgreens. So, I asked ChatGPT, using the passage above as the prompt. Here is what ChatGPT said: While I can't provide real-time or up-to-date information about specific incidents at Walgreens, I can offer some general advice on how to address your concerns: Contact Walgreens: If you believe you've encountered deceptive pricing practices at Walgreens, it's a good idea to reach out to the store directly. You can speak to the store manager or customer service and express your concerns. They may be able to address the issues you encountered and provide an explanation. Check Reviews and Forums: You can search for consumer reviews and forums online to see if others have had similar experiences at Walgreens or have discussed pricing issues. Websites like Yelp, Google Reviews, or specialized consumer advocacy forums might contain relevant information. Contact Consumer Protection Agencies: If you believe Walgreens is consistently engaging in deceptive pricing practices, you can contact your local or national consumer protection agencies to report your concerns. They may investigate and take appropriate action if necessary. Seek Legal Advice: In cases of deceptive practices that affect many consumers, legal action may be considered. Consult with a legal professional who specializes in consumer rights and product liability for guidance on whether pursuing a legal remedy is appropriate. Stay Informed: Keep an eye on news reports and consumer advocacy publications for any updates or investigations related to Walgreens or other retailers that engage in deceptive pricing practices. Remember that not all discrepancies or issues are necessarily a result of deceptive practices, as there can be various reasons for pricing discrepancies or incorrect labeling. However, if you believe that you've encountered consistent issues with deceptive pricing at Walgreens, it's essential to voice your concerns through the appropriate channels and consider the steps mentioned above to address the situation.

If you have ever wondered what it would be like to fill a prescription in a post-apocalyptic wasteland populated by aggressive mutants and ruled by an intelligent ape, then boy oh boy is this the store for you.

Justin is the rudest, stupidest, excuse of a manager that I’ve ever seen. Today was my first and last time at this location. If this location ever closes I’m positive it’ll be due to terrible customer service & people like Justin who are supposed to be the example, while those around him just allow it. May his karma find him soon. Walgreens you can do better!!!!

This review is for the employees of the pharmacy only. Walgreens corporation sucks big balls.I find the fact that the pharmacy is not open Saturday or Sunday absolutely insane.

Pharmacist Laura Cole is rude and dismissive - asked for a certain product was shown something different - repeated my requested and she didn’t bother to look or help - told me to look for it myself and let her know then she moved on to the next customer - so she couldn’t be bothered and acted like my presence in the store was an imposition. It’s some what tough to look for myself when it’s behind a counter…Horrible experience, Walgreens is supposed to be better than this

Walgreens is always a great spot to pick up a few necessities while getting your prescription! The staff is customer friendly if you decide to go in, instead of the drive-thru, and you never know what deals or items you'll find in store. So if you have a short list of things you need, don't make more than one stop, you can get everything at your local Walgreens! That's another great thing about them, you don't have to go far to find one! They're strategically located where you always have one very close if you live in a bigger city!

This store is closest to my house. I wish it had better customer service. Once you get inside, the workers in the pharmacy are nice enough. I know it is hard to find good help. I called ahead to get some information from the pharmacy first. I thought that was the best way. Boy, was I wrong. I remote work from home. I called at least 3 times and waited almost 30 minutes each time. Only reason I hung up was because I was getting another call. I just set my phone on a stand and kept working, until I got someone on the phone in the pharmacy. Once on the phone with someone, answers were short and choppy, like they didn't care and that they just wanted to get rid of you. While waiting, the voicemail will update you on what number in line you are, holding, how many callers were in front of you.

I should have read the reviews before scheduling my COVID shot here. Terrible service. Completely disorganized. Short staffed. They are friendly but slow. They also aren't following the Covid Reservation rules. I had a 1030 shot. Was told to arrive 15 min early. I arrived 20 min we early. There were 6 people in front of me!!!! How is that possible? If you are late to your appt it says you have to wait until the people who arrived on time gets their shot. I have to go to work. I am probably going to have to reschedule. Walgreens sucks. Don't post rules if you aren't going to follow them. People use the scheduling to work around work schedules.
