Reps are rude at this location. I walked across the parking lot to T-Mobile and was treated with respect. I was glad to switch to T-Mobile home internet in no time.

Went in to upgrade my phone.In store experience was okay. They do not go over all details and just try to get you out as soon as possible. Nonetheless I was happy to walk out the store with a new phone.I just got the first bill and it was much higher than I was made to understand. They had changed a data plan on my account to a more expensive one without even asking. Super disappointing.

My salesman Jarrell was very knowledgeable of all his products. He was very polite and overall seemed like a great guy. He made a usually unpleasant experience not so bad. Buying a new phone is almost like buying a car. I'd say whatever his pay is, its not enough.

Being nice and being helpful are two very different things. This company has nicely shut my business down and refused to help me for months. It’s always another department, or another extension, or another person who can help. Buyer beware.

Whoever the lady is directing people needs a serious lesson in customer service had to be one of the most unpleasant visits of any Verizon store I've ever visited I would recommend driving the extra 10 minutes to another store

Love Verizon even though it’s an authorized dealer. Staff is super awesome and are pretty knowledgeable when it comes to mobile devices as well as Christian music. ??

I’ve been a Verizon customer before they were even Verizon and I’ve never been talked down to before like I have by one of your associates today. I simply called in to find out how much it would be to add an extra line to my account, and he tried to upsell me the whole way on everything that I wasn’t interested in and wouldn’t answer the questions that I was specifically asking and then hung up on me! I’m trying to give you guys business, but screw that not anymore I referred them to AT&T

I’m being charged for something that I don’t have! When I called customer service and explained to them the situation, they 3 way called the store. Of course we got some rude chick who either doesn’t know anything or just didn’t want to do her job, because she said I need to call billing. Notice how I said we were on a 3 way call? Well obviously I was talking to billing. But anyways the girl was being rude and kept trying to put me on hold due to her having a customer because apparently I’m not a customer. One of the workers there added something to my bill and she literally said they can’t do nothing about it. Ummm what?! I asked for a supervisor and she stated they were all on lunch smh her name was Kelly I think and the one who added something to my bill is Alex. So be careful when you go in there and make sure you get what you pay for and nothing extra gets added to your bill.xoxoxox

DO NOT! I REPEAT DO NOT!! GO TO THIS VERIZON STORE! They DO NOT know what they are doing! I purchased a screen protector for my phone and the rep DID NOT know what he was doing as far as putting it on! He messed up the screen protector that I had just purchased right there in the store, and then he warranted it out to get another one right there in front of me WITHOUT MY PERMISSION, so he could replace it and try and put it on AGAIN! Which he did INCORRECTLY! Went back to the store the next day because the screen protector FELL OFF because it wasn't placed on correctly, and was told that I could NOT warrant it out because he had already done it the day before without my permission because HE MESSED IT UP! Now they are trying to charge me for another one to fix their mistake for a 3rd time! So I had to pay for a screen protector that I NEVER GOT TO USE thanks to them!!

The ease of working with a rep in this store is amazing. We left the store on Chenal in the Promenade because it is very difficult to deal with them and their associates are not knowledgeable at all. However, this location is AWESOME! Super good experience. I live closer to the Proemade store, but I will continue to make this drive as it is well worth it!
