I have never had a good experience coming to this Verizon but they were the only ones I could pick up my order from. Next time do your job and help the people as they come in and don’t pick and choose who you want to be nice and professional to. I understand you have to my ID to pick up the order but don’t check it then help someone else then come back to me and ask to see it again like you missed something. Don’t give the guy that came in after me his order first in a bag all professional then turn around and just give me my order like here you go bye. I’m the one paying Verizon each month and shouldn’t be treated that way.

We had a salesperson come to our door (Tyler) to offer Verizon internet service. He promised a $50 Target gift card, and we never got it. A couple weeks later, my husband texted to ask for shipping materials to send the modem back, he got no response- but two days later we got a package from Verizon with a box and shipping label. My husband then received a bill from Verizon (which we do not have). I don’t really understand what happened, I just wish they would’ve clearly communicated how everything worked.

Very upfront service. They told me ahead of time how much service might cost (setting up a new phone). There's usually a wait, but they have a solid queue system for helping customers out.

Did not wait for help, the feller who assisted us was super friendly and knowledgeable, we initially went in to drop off our trade in phones and due to the pleasant experience, we bought cases for our new phones

Reps are rude at this location. I walked across the parking lot to T-Mobile and was treated with respect. I was glad to switch to T-Mobile home internet in no time.

Went in to upgrade my phone.In store experience was okay. They do not go over all details and just try to get you out as soon as possible. Nonetheless I was happy to walk out the store with a new phone.I just got the first bill and it was much higher than I was made to understand. They had changed a data plan on my account to a more expensive one without even asking. Super disappointing.
