The staff at this post office are always very friendly, patient, helpful, and supportive of each customer even when the customer is being rude or disrespectful towards them. Love this post office.

Extremely rude. Act like you should know everything like we are the ones who work there. I usually use the self service because the employees act like it’s a crime to do their jobs, at the station it CLEARLY tells you it’s restricted to ship liquids and I have some liquids I need to ship so I go inside and of course the young lady was extremely rude, I explained to her I have a liquid I’m trying to ship it’s already pre labeled and I noticed it’s restricted, she just stares at me like I’m dumb for a few seconds and then tells me sarcastically you just have to write shipping on it, like I’m suppose to know that. Disclaimer: I’m being VERY polite and patient with her.Once the exchange is complete I hear her sighing when I’m walking away like “these people are idiots” that kind of sigh like I just don’t understand why they act like we are the employees if you don’t like your job find another one

Absolutely terrible. No customer service. Rude as can be. I’d avoid it unless you’re in desperate need. They’ll ship your package but you won’t feel good about it when they double charge you. Lost my package and can’t or won’t do anything about it.

Least helpful staff, talk to you like you’re supposed to know everything. If I ask a question it’s because I need an answer, not because I’m just trying to make you do your job.

Dishonest deliver man, they leave a notice in your mailbox saying recipient not available without even trying to reach to your door, while I was literally staying in my living room waiting for the package to arrive the whole time. This happened three times now, I can see If I have a any package need signature, this USPS will guarantee to make me go pick it up next day.I am totally ok if they can’t deliver on time, but lying and blaming the customer for their own laziness is simply unacceptable.

Easily the worst post office in America. They’ve lost my child support check 5-6 times. Fire all the fools that work here! They obviously don’t take pride in their work and it’s at the expense of people who pay their salary. Ridiculous.

Needed to change my address online not working. Went there told the lady and she told me to fill out a form and that was it. Get a letter saying we need proof of ID and all. Why couldn't the lady at the desk do that or told us? Instead of just fill the form and it will be done

My mail carrier is not friendly at all you say hello they ignore you. They leave the door to the mailbox open because they don’t want to take the time to spend that extra 1/2 second to close it. My mail for two days has been soaked from the rain it happens every time it rains. Really awful! The last fellow was great! This one NOT SO MUCH!!! I’ve had to call and reorder checks and documents because of this lazy person.

Well, the scedule on the door says that is open from 9 am to 6 pm Mon to Fri. Same schedule on the website.Been there around 5:15 pm door was closed. Other puzzled customers there too. I assume no one gives a shiraz about it.
