Do not mail a package form this location if you actually want it to arrive to its destination on time. This is the LAST time that I will mail a package from this location. I pay extra for expedited shipping, and it NEVER arrives when expected. The post office just shrugs their shoulders and says there is nothing they can do about it. They said if I want a refund I will have to go online and file a claim. That's absolutely ridiculous. I have the receipt showing when it was promised to be delivered along with the tracking showing that it was NOT delivered when promised.

Mr. Paul, the supervisor, is extremely unhelpful and belligerent. I got a package notification on my door with no numbers on it. He refused to assist me and started yelling at me because I asked him what I'm supposed to do. He even complained to the other customers in line about me. I can't get a package without numbers, and there is never a second attempt. Paul tried to gaslight me and said that maybe there isn't a package. Finally, Paul begrudgingly gave me a number to call, but of course, the number doesn't work and seems to be out of order.

Can not get local number only 1-800 and they are more concerned with shipping free Covid tests.

I might not like the pricing or lack of service, but every time I have to go to the service counter and Mr. Paul helps me, I feel comfortable knowing I gained some value from his service. He is good with people and seems to genuinely care. He does a great job.

STOLEN MONEY ?, RIPPED LETER SENT THOUGH THE MAIL FOR TWO WEEKS BEFORE ITS SENT BACK TO SENDER! ITEMS THAT ARRIVE AT LITTLE ROCK DESTITUTION CENTER ARE NEVER SEEN AGAIN. COSTUMER SERVICE HAS NO ITEREST IN HELPING RESOLVE ANY PROBLEMS. CASES ARE PUSHED ON TO YOUR LOCAL POST OFFICE.GOOD LUCK.

RIDICULOUS SERVICE! I have been in hospital/rehab for 5 months while recovering from Covid and its aftermath. Had requested that my mail be held until5-25-25 when I finally got a discharge date. Initially they continued to deliver my mail until my neighbors alerted me. Filed a complaint, had to make arrangements to have that mail picked up but after compliant they finally started holding my mail. Since I am on walker and unable to get around I requested that all of the accumulated mail be delivered instead of picked up by me on 5-25-22. It is now 5-28-22 and IT HAS YET TO BE DELIVERED!! Filed another complaint yesterday and was told it would be delivered today but yet I have continued to wait. Finally obtained telephone number of this location and called only to be told it had been delivered. Sure enough they had delivered TODAY’S MAIL but where is the accumulated mail? Oh but I can’t call again now because they closed 30 minutes ago for Memorial Day holiday!! Maybe with a stroke of luck I will get my accumulated mail next week.

Walked in today to ask about a package that the USPS has lost and before I could even show the person at the counter the tracking he asked for my zip code. He then told me this office doesn't deal with that zip code. I wanted help looking into a package that you lied about attempting to deliver, lied about redelivery and now won't help me find. This office is unhelpful as well as the entire usps department being shady about delivery practices. I work from home and over the last year have had several deliveries just put a note on the door that nobody was home.

Closed my PO Box and asked to get my mail with ID in hand and was told I could not receive my mail over the counter and had to do a change of address form. Did the change of address form and I have yet to receive my mail that has very important things in it such as my sticker for my tags. This was in September 2021

I would have gave 5 stars if I didn't have to wait in line long, they only had one person working, but she had outstanding customer service, she greeted you, and even apologized for the wait! She helped with my problem, about a package, and gave me numbers to find the right location!

Thrilled to find one that has a parcel drop off if you have an item with pre-paid postage! Also has a self-service station to weigh and buy postage without having to stand in line. Very convenient location with ample parking.

I paid extra to have my package shipped from Amazon in two days. Everything was running on time accordingly to the tracking info, then the mailman comes today, we speak like usual and he puts my mail in my box and walks to the next house. I get a notification an hour later saying my package was delivered at or near front door or porch. It wasn’t delivered to me and I’m currently waiting on a call to see where the package was left. This is not the first time this has happened and my mail has been delivered to the wrong address. Ugggggg I just want my package I’m on a deadline!
