Poor customer service. No actual person to talk to. The USPS has not pick up or delivered my 97 year old mother’s mail in going on three days. And we have to wait days for a reply…not good.

No money order was available at this location. ? One of the employees suggested another post office that wasn't listed on Google Maps, and I was able to get the money order there.

I will NEVER USE THEM EVER !!! How does a letter disappear and when asked the employee he said putting it in the box is like throwing it in the trash I’m like say what sir we’ll if that’s the case why do y’all allow it to be in use . He then says I’ll just get the manager I said your employee told me that putting mail out in the box is like throwing it in the trash she says well we got a new lock I said well one of my letters got delivered the other hasn’t and it’s been weeks she says well without tracking we can’t tell you anything maybe it got ripped up in the machine huh what at this point this is ridiculous because how does mail disappear and nothing can be done and they really had this oh well anything else attitude . I WILL NEVER EVER USE THIS LOCATION

Ordered a package from Missouri, it arrived at this location and then they sent it to Michigan. For what reason I do not know why. Took 9 days for a package to travel one state, if it weren’t for federal funding USPS would be bankrupt.

When you lose/steal a $300 package then ignore all trace and insurance requests on it, that must be a pretty good racket going on. Absolute subhuman thieves.

Really nice customer service, only thing that could’ve made it better was if my item had ACTUALLY been mailed like I payed for it to be. Silly of me to expect so much, next time I’ll just drive the item where I want it mailed.

Not about post office but about the mail delivery person. She dropped off a slip for a package when I was inside house and didnt even bother delivering it. It was less than ten ft away. Come on! How lazy are you?
