I did not get quite as much for my trade as what I wanted, but at the end of the day I feel that the dealership was being honest with me. At no step during the process do I feel like they were wasting my time .It all went Smoothly and quickly as it could possibly go. Took it back a day later for a minor issue with the lever not working on the front seat and within five minutes, they worked some magic from the service department, and I did not even have to make an appointment! They do understand a bit of Spanish as well while I was there I offered to translate because a customer showed up who was Spanish speaker only but I didn’t even need to because the gentleman there knew exactly the customer was trying to say before I even translated.
