Rico isn't the only reason for this rating, but he is close to 90% of it! Phenomenal service and demeanor, Rico exemplifies the type of associate every business wants, but rarely finds.

I went in to get a post box (for residential use) for 6 months. I was served by Mr. Carleton who did an excellent job and was very friendly and knowledgeable. By far the best customer service I've ever received from a post office and I would definitely recommend to others.

Nothing but great things to say about UPS on Chenal. They are so friendly and always so helpful. I had a bit of a nightmare Amazon return situation and Therese was so kind and patient to help me get everything packed and shipped!

I would not use the printing service here. I had some items printed and cut and they did not come out well. I was glad to get a refund on the cutting, but when I asked if they needed to keep the old prints, they said no, and then proceeded to throw them away. Otherwise, I would’ve put a picture here. (I didn’t take a photo prior to the return because I didn’t intend on leaving a review like this if they handled the issue well)
Unfortunately, it also seemed like the manager, Rico, may have gotten a little attitude with me at the end because I was not happy with the service. Hopefully I misinterpreted his remarks. But thanks for the suggestion to “stick with the library,” Rico….

Wonderful customer service from Phillip!! I had a unique project that I had no idea that UPS was capable of doing, but a friend told me to try them and I am so glad I did. I needed about 200 pages of my grandmother's journals copied and made into spiral bound books to give her kids. I was originally quoted over $400 from another company with a 4 day turnaround and it included ripping out the original pages. Phillip made this project a breeze with half the price, he took excellent care of the original journals, and even packed them for me to mail-all in ONE business day. VERY impressed with the quality and turnaround time. Thank you SO MUCH!
