Ms. Jean was wonderful. I didn't know what I was doing, I was bringing the packages in for my son. She walked me through everything. I had a barcode my son had sent me in a text message. She tried to scan it , but it wouldn't work. She asked me if I knew how to make my phone brighter but I didn't. She showed me how. She was so sweet . I'm seventy three, and I was really impressed with her. I'm not that knowledgeable with everything she did. I wish all employees everywhere were like her. Thank you so much for a nice experience.

The customer services was above par. The first girl I came in and she kind of double quoted me and was kind of still efficient but friendly.... But Jean the assistant manager and notary was fantastic personable and she gave me a chance to win $250 by just giving her a compliment that she deserved
