I frequently use this ups location. The staff are always friendly and efficient, making the entire process smooth and hassle-free.
A special shoutout to Annie, who goes above and beyond to assist me. Her professionalism and cheerful attitude make my visits even more pleasant. Annie is truly the best!

Just left out of the UPS store sending off a package. When I got there I was a bit flustered because I hadn't addressed my package. He was professional, kind and courtesy. He assured me that he would take care of everything and that he did. Thank you UPS for employees that care. Employee number 315476. You are a awesome young man. Be blessed!!

Every time I go to this store the employees are rude and disrespectful. They act like you are an inconvenience to help. I would not go here. Save yourself time and go to the one off of Chenal. They are kind and have great service.

Terrible customer service. Tall black dude was cool but the white lady with black hair and a mask is super rude and takes her job way too seriously. Do not recommend. I’ll be going to the North Little Rock one from now on.
