"Unfortunately, the facility lost my package on 08/06. My tracking info, 1ZXX84240333864162, shows it was scanned at 9:39 AM on 08/06. When I went to retrieve it today, they said they didn’t know where it was and advised me to launch an investigation. I just want my package, please."

There was a driver that delivered a package at Whole Foods yesterday and he was really rude and almost hit my car because he was trying to speed out the parking lot then he used profanity trying to make me have a car accident. Worst Day Ever!

Your drivers are absolutely atrocious. How can you deliver my package torn and ripped open when I packaged it with care. An absolute joke. I will be filing a damage claim. PLEASE Hire some drivers who have some decency in themselves. Throwing packages and smashing my package does not amount to good customer service. If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolute trash. Yes I have this all on 4K video.

Damn. Iv never read so many 1 star reviews from one of the major players. Big dogs. Big time companies like the ups. Sounds like the big bosses need to set down at the table behind closed doors. And figure out what's going on. Do some game strategy changing. Bad!!

If I could give it zero stars I would… Every time my package is sent to the distribution center it always ends up being “lost”. Someone in there is stealing packages because there’s no way I’ve had two packages be sent to this distribution center and they go “missing” two years in a row. I’m tired of having to file claims because y’all constantly “loose” my packages. 0/5 stars.

Was going to receive my package in November but couldn't find my address after paying additional fees for fuel the first time .. the second attempt was nothing but failure after paying delivery fees again and couldn't get my package. Needless to say itsMay now and they want me to come pick up my package. Wow that's some respectable company that hope you stay away from using ..

Even though I have received merchandise from online retailers in the past, this time they tried to tell me and the online retailer that my address was wrong. It was not. I ended up having to go to the UPS distribution center to pick it up.

This distribution center starting to be horrible on delivery times. The drivers not delivering packages claiming roads are bad in neighborhoods when roads are clear. I just got off phone with rep telling me package was not delivered because bad weather. I told lady roads are clear in all midtown and WLR. Why are your driver's lying about road conditions. Have been truck driver 33 years and know what bad roads are definitely not bad roads when all snow has melted in neighborhoods accept for few patches in shade. UPS needs to tighten up because service to expensive for this nonsense. Also get rid of drivers that do not want to work.Update:: My package was delivered today at wrong address in Little Rock. Now I have do not know where my package is located in town. 01/20/24. UPS you have horrible service and drivers. How hell your driver's can not read an address on box.
