I have had first hand experience with both Schwab and this branch and I can report, without exception, that the customer service is well ahead of any other provider I have done business with in the region.My rep. has been respectful, helpful, available and taken care of issues with a very quick response time. Additionally, I have had several special wire, transfer, multiple account and corporate account needs and all have been fulfilled by Schwab corporate specialists with very little friction.While I don't want dispute others experiences or Gas Light, I can say that I was surprise to see the low star marks and also the comments -- I have only had 5-star experiences.”

Hospitality was outstanding. My next visit was through the drive through and I realized they have upgraded the drive through no sending my deposit up the shoot to my surprise and again excellent service. Good popcorn and dumdums were just an added touch.”

“My experience at this Chase bank was more than welcoming. We were helped by an employee named Andrew Koch. This man was more than professional and charismatic, he provided more than superb service while making us laugh as well. He definitely deserves a raise or at least recognition because he made our “oh dang we have to go to the bank” to, “Man, we’re having a good time here!” His services were beyond my expectations and I believe he needs to be recognized for that. I could only hope everyone that provides customer service could have as much respect, charisma, and selfless service as much as Andrew does. He is a good guy.
