Roach rooms!!!!! Lol like whyyyyy I woke up at 4am couldn't go back to sleep! Because roaches came out of nowhere! We had other family members staying but we got our stuff and went and sit in lobby! I was scared to even eat breakfast! This is unacceptable! Need to be shut down and get rid of your friends(roaches)Rooms: Roaches!!!! Roaches!!!!!! And more roaches!!!!!

I haven't stayed at this hotel, but I've made reservations for others several times and the team members I've spoken with have always been friendly and helpful. I especially appreciate Vicki, she's the best! I've heard no complaints from the people who have stayed there.

I'm only giving a 4 star, because they have a great room set up and a nice breakfast. This is a nice quiet hotel. The one problem is this place has the worst bathroom setup I have seen in a long time! Glad I'm not claustrophobic...

I see different reviews here that I 100 percent guarantee if they had gone to the front desk and put their complaints in that they would have e worked with them. Kristy the General Manager here is one of the nicest people I've met and genuinely cares. Most of the workers here from house cleaning maintenance to the front desk are wonderful. They are in the middle of redoing the rooms in the hotel which can be quite the process. And with every hotel comes issues. Maybe some of these people need to calm down address the issue and then if something isn't resolved then write your review. We have a 2 bedroom suite and have had zero issues. My husband has two different projects hes working on out here until around April. We have the choice to switch hotels if we want. I will not be switching because the atmosphere is like home here. Thank all of you for the accommodations and continued friendliness of all the staff.

Marriott needs to invest in this place. Location is the only good thing about it. Rooms were clean but dated. While we there a staff member just walked into our room looking for a clipboard. No knocking just up and walked in. The hallways smell. Check in was the least pleasant experience as there were several guest complaining about charges. I have stayed at many Marriotts over the years, I am a rewards member and always find a Marriott…. This has to be one of the worst ones I’ve encountered. Upgrade investment needed!!!!

Safest roach motel in LR! The front desk staff was wonderful, and the rooms were so cute. However, it smelled extremely musty and had roaches everywhere. Photo is one on my ceiling in the room. The rug felt wet, and my feet were black from walking on it. I wanted to enjoy breakfast, but I was worried I’d bite into a roach.Safety: Very safe!

Check-in great. Great folks.Stove has a knob missing.Bathroom sink doesn't drain properly and the drain plunger won't release.For $100 pet fee I expected the room to be more clean than perfumed. I'm not saying it's not clean enough, but when the room "freshener" is chokingly strong, raises suspicions. Also, really messing with my allergies.I'm a member of several hotel brands. Many other brands are doing better with pet policies/rooms.

Very outdated and parking lot is not secure. Hitch stolen off husbands truck which I understand they are not responsible for but no form of empathy was shown. Oh! And the hotel does not have cameras in the parking lot. We were supposed to be booked in a suite but we were booked in a regular room and the front desk referred me to the manager who isn’t in. And still not. We are ending our stay early and moving to another hotel. Beware! I should have read the reviews also prior to booking.

Had property stolen off my vehicle , I was told that the manager would check the cameras, once she arrived. When she got there, I was then told that's its a sign outside that says they're not responsible for stolen property. Then she said they don't have cameras outside. My vehicle was parked directly in front of the building. Then manager says, file a police report and then the police will check the hotel cameras directly across from their building. Sad situation!

Platinum member.TLDR: Bonvoy members, stay down town and get more points and better service.I've never felt less welcome in my entire life. I'm nearly a lifetime platinum, I've stayed in over 400 Marriott hotels and this is by far the worst. It's location to the highway and selection of nearby restaurants are this locations saving grace. Rooms are fine and clean, kitchen staff seemed a little overwhelmed. Front desk staff weren't rude per say, but my presence to check in seemed like I was interrupting something and they were trying to make me go away. All in all, it's a halfway decent stay if you're looking for a single night, and it can accommodate large families of 5 or 6 in single rooms. But if you value polite staff, and that feeling that they actually want you here, then find another hotel.

This hotel is absolutely disgusting!! Dirty and BUG infested. I wish I had sufficiently read google reviews prior to stay as I see now roaches have been reported before. When we first walked down the hallway toward our room (216)we noticed the carpet was soiled and dirty. Upon entering we found the carpet there too was caked with what appeared to be gum and other sticky substances and hadn’t been vacuumed properly. Even more disturbing was a roach on the kitchen wall. We quickly killed it and thought, “Surely that’s not what we think it is and is a fluke.” As you can see by the pictures it most definitely was NOT a fluke as they were everywhere, literally infested with roaches..the kitchen, the bathroom, coming out of the bathroom vent, the floor. I was bit by bugs that we did not see, maybe fleas?? The dishwasher reeked a fowl odor and under the bed and by the refrigerator were so dirty it appeared it hadn’t been cleaned in many months. Being Completely and utterly grossed out we packed up our things to leave. When I went to the front desk to checkout (obviously early) I was told , “Oh you can’t do that , the computer won’t allow it.” I said to the receptionist, “I am NOT staying here anymore and I want documentation of such.” There was no supervisor to speak to and the receptionist acted inconvenienced by my request to leave. I was told there wasn’t an auditor available and she couldn’t do anything to help me. She never asked if there was problem, why I was checking out before my departure date, etc. I requested that my name and number be written down and requested a phone call from a supervisor to which the receptionist scribbled down my name in exacerbation. I said, “And just so you know before you rent out room 216 again it is infested with roaches”. She then smirked and laughingly said, “Well, that doesn’t surprise me.” I replied, “That would have been nice to know when I checked in.” To which she said, “Ha! Ain’t nobody gonna tell you that when you check in.” I was charged $100 deposit when I checked in and that receptionist had said, “Oh yeah you get charged that up front until you leave and if the room is found in good condition you get it back.” Ironic, isn’t it??I am in the hospitality industry and pride myself on the highest quality of cleanliness. I am now in the process of disinfecting all of the things I brought into that room and will have to take all of my suits to the dry cleaner tomorrow as I will NOT bring roaches into my establishment. Beware of google reviews that say this hotel is clean, all it takes is a few minutes in the room to see unwanted guests. I am awaiting hotel supervisor to make compensation, even though the bites and disgust are yet to vanish my body and mind.

Unless you want FLEAS in your room and the rooms also had a terrible smell. but what do you expect when the hotel allows dogs. This was awful .We also had cold showers. Needless to say after the first night we upgraded to the wyngate?. Very nice (They even have a full length mirror at wyngate. )Please don’t waste ur time here

Unhelpful staff except for maintenance crew. Substandard conditions. Trash piles up in hallway every morning and nobody clears it until later in the day. Manager non-existent. Find another place to stay.

Stephanie at the front desk is rude. Hotel is in need of renovations. Mold on showers curtain. Asked for a new one or different room. We were told they had no more rooms and that we need to come down to get a different shower curtain and put it up ourselves. Refused to come get it mostly due to the rudeness. Stephanie brings it to our room by banging on the door and attempting to drop it on the floor. Just rude. We attempted to hang it, but it had that same black mold on it. We asked for a credit because we were going to leave so we could actually take a shower. She said she could not refund us but we would need to speak with management. Asked her to have them call us. She could not do that. We left with a request for a manager to call. Still today, no call. This happened on 7/1/23 and today 7/8/23. Stephanie obviously understands she can treat customers rudely because nothing happens. Kristine Todd (General Manager) provided follow up on my review on Trip Advisor but never mentioned the mold and still has not called. This is the worst treatment at a Marriott property that I have ever experienced.

I arrived late Saturday night. The front desk agent was leaving out the front with a man when I was walking in. I think she realized I was trying to check in and came back a little later once I had been standing there for awhile, with no one attending the front desk. I gave her my name, but she never asked for my ID. At one point she even called someone to figure out how to get to the screen for payment and “ put in a CC”.So clearly lack or proper training is needed.The fact you wouldn’t ask for my ID is most upsetting. I was the one who kept trying to hand it to her over and over. She seemed rushed and In a hurry to get me to my room.I would not stay here again.
