If I could give no star I would! I applied for this complex and was denied and I was ok with that! You pay all these fee's upfront and I was told that if I didn't get approved they will refund me my money back! I called for 3 months and the manager kept saying it didn't come in she talked to corporate and finally she stop getting on the phone and had one of her people to tell me I'm not getting anything back. I called the corporate office and they were worse than the people that work for them! The guy that kept answering the phone saying someone will call you back! Needlessly to say it never happened after 5 months I gave up!!

Very fast, very easy process getting approved. The staff is very friendly, I’m glad to be a resident of The Waterford apartments.

I loved…absolutely LOVED living in these apartments I was there for 4 years. The ladies in the office Tanja if I spelled that correctly specifically she is AMAZING when I say she works with you I mean SHE WORKS WITH YOU!!!! I love herrr!!! All the ladies are amazing tho!!! Would definitely recommend living here any day!!!!

It sucks, it really does. We will be leaving. If you want maintenance to take a year to get to fixing stuff..this is the place for you! Don’t forget their staff is also rude and cocky! It’s an inconvenience for them to do their job. Not worth dealing with. The Apartment would absolutely great if they actually kept up on maintenance and their work, but they don’t.

I previously lived here a few years ago and stopped by asking about some information. It seems like the front office staff is a complete turn around compared to what it used to be. They are nice and very helpful. It looks like many things are currently being fixed that needed some love.

Read the reviews from newest to oldestDon’t even waste your time moving here. People in the office are very rude maintenance doesn’t know what they’re doing takes them a minute to come out to fix anything thing it’s broke again. The amenities ??♂️ the pools been closed since I been living out here. Pools been dirty year round. Went in the gym everything broken don’t work. The dog park full of grass. Windows boarded up everywhere. The entrance is used as an exit and entrance. Trash everywhere and the grass they barely wanna have it cut. They charging me extra on rent for no reason. When I called the office they act like I was bothering them. I been here about 10 months my rent just now what it was supposed to be when I signed the lease.

when our lease is up we will be leaving.the staff is very very rude in the office and sometimes you have to call MULTIPLE TIMES. the one lady 'DeDe' is so rude she will talk over you whenever you call. They close maintenence requests even though nothing has been fixed. The pool was open for like 3 or 4 weeks throughout the whole 2023. Don't even think about going to the gym its dirty nasty and the staff doesn't even know the password to the door. Our water heater broke and leaked for about a week before they came and did anything about it and by that time it leaked into 80% of our bedroom. The property looks ATROCIOUS. broken trees everywhere, boarded up windows, and the pet park looks like a flipping forest. They have had squatters come in the apt, and a whole other plethora of problems. They raise the rent even though the apartment complex looks TRASH and they barely have any amenities.

There is no heat & water. They don’t fix anything. Management is very poor!!! I highly don’t recommend.

Do not move here!!!! I regret moving to this place! They don’t fix things, it’s something broken or needs fixing every other day! The staff is unprofessional and act like you are bothering them!!! They increase rent EVERY MONTH for things they don’t tell you about and wants you to pay . I hate these apartments Badly ! Something needs to be done

I just called. The female that answered the phone said “hello”. I thought I had the wrong number. That was very unprofessional . I asked her only 2 questions. She acted like I was bothering her. Very unprofessional. At this point I don’t even want to visit the complex. First impressions speak volumes.

95% of the amenities listed on the site are not available. The "fitness center" is disgusting: there is trash everywhere and the equipment is not clean. There are TWO pools and NEITHER of them have been open since 2018. With the exception of 1 person, the maintenance staff is atrocious: there is trash and litter all over the parking lot, maintenance requests take forever to be fulfilled unless you call the office excessively. The office staff is hit or miss depending on their mood for the day. The apartment manager is helpful when she actually receives messages: the receptionist/leasing agent has the WORST attitude and couldn't care less about relaying messages to the manager, she seems like she hates providing assistance, she speaks like she is inconvenienced by resident calls and is extremely rude. The security gates have not been used in 2-3 years: there is NO sense of security and on many occasions, vehicles have or have almost been in collisions due to the Exit gate being used as an entrance. This has been brought to the office staff's attention many times with no resolution nor acknowledgement. The quality of this property is DEFINITELY NOT worth the price. The property is steadily declining as the prices increase.
