Lens Crafters claimed they couldn't fix my frames and would only replace if we'd pre-purchased their overpriced warranty. The Jewlers bench was able to repair my expensive frames to where you couldn't even tell. Fast, friendly, affordable. Seriously man, thank you so much!!!!

My Fiance went there to get a necklace of mine fixed where the chain had snapped thanks to one of our cats. He said he had a great experience, the guy was very friendly, and that he fixed my necklace right in front of him in under 30 minutes. This was the Saturday before Christmas (on Monday) and despite being incredibly busy, the shop owner gave a great impression and was helpful. We'll definitely be going back at some point.

Great experience I appreciated the fast friendly customer service. I have no complaints and in this world today I don't blame the man for keeping his weapon on him. He works with jewelry in an area that a lot goes on. A lot of people carry and you will never know. He's just letting it be known play around if you want to. OK, I didn't come here for politics but I will definitely return I was disappointed with the mall.

Now at one time in my life I would have trusted this place with anything I had because this was the ONLY place my dad used for over 20 years! BUT now, with this young guy that works there (that likes to walk around with his pistol showing on his hip) I WILL NEVER use them... and here's why....I took my engagement ring to them and wanted it sized and a small black diamond set. He took my ring and began to talk and told me that he could do what I asked but that my ring WASN'T REAL! I was taken aback! I immediately called my fiance and told him and my fiance said he's a "d" liar and DO NOT leave my ring there! When I told the guy to give my ring back he started back peddling and tried to get me to leave the ring... needless to say I took my ring and got outta there! So I took my ring straight away to a reputable jeweler in town and needless to say it was real and had great value!I said all of that to say this, please before you leave your jewelry with ANYONE, make them test it in front of you before you leave it so that you both know and agree that what you're leaving with them has the value that you know it has!So if you ever have to have jewelry repaired and have to leave it...1. Check everything you sign when purchasing jewelry. Check for loopholes that a diamond can be swapped out for one of equal value.2. Know your ring! Take a look yourself at the diamond and record the inscription number, make a plot of the flaws and inclusions, weigh the carat.3. Look for jewelers that are accredited and have proper certifications.4. Consider jewelers offering in-house repairs (not all repairs can be).5. Verify your diamond before you leave the store!

Google shows store open seven days a week. They’re holding the store hostage to pay to change open times. They are closed early on Saturday and closed Sunday and Monday.
