I really like this place (and EVERY outlet I have ever been to) because of the outdoor setup and nothing but named brand store fronts to choose from. There definitely needs to have a playground and picnic park to complete area.

I really enjoyed myself here! It was our first time here (family) while visiting family. Didn't get to explore a lot because we showed up a bit before closing and it started raining, but will definitely be back once we're back in Arkansas. Only giving 4 stars because I didn't get to really walk around and see all of the stores. Just stopped at 3 stores while there..

This outlet is super good, I think there are quite a few offers in all the stores, variety of products.

It's a large open shopping center with some really pretty buildings that seem newer and clean. Some really cute shops here. Typically I don't go for shopping malls anymore, they seem semi dry occasionally, but there were definitely a few that made the trip worth it.The public restrooms need cleaned pretty badly... the vents in there were absolutely caked with filth.Otherwise very accessible, not too busy on a Saturday somehow, lots and lots of free parking. Some big store to walk around in, like Bass Pro Shops, Michael's, and also some fun times and arcades, like Dave and Buster's and Lucky Cat Arcade. Also, gotta love anywhere that has a boba tea shop! (Rising Star Boba Co., right across from Otaku Takeout).Walking around is something fun to do for a few hours I'd say.

Hardly any stores unless you like Nike. No food. At least not any good food unless you want a green cheeseburger. Yes it’s green. But that’s it. Most lack luster mall I have ever been to.

A lot of empty stores. Nothing opens until 11 am! Trash littering the sidewalks. Don’t bother stopping. Appears to be a dying outlet mall.

Great place to shop, it was very cold the day we went and we didn't stay long. Lots of great shops, I went to bath and body, was great, and a few other shops. Not many people out yoday

3/20,2024Ladies Bathrooms not in working order. One toilet is missing , the handicap toilet was not working. The water to wash your hands for the faucets with also not working. The bathrooms are located close to Carter's and across the street from the Nike store. I would Have pinpoint at a precise location but it will not allow me to do so.3/22/2013Girls a variety of all types of different stores located in this outlet. Be sure to check their website to see what new stores are being added for your shopping convenience. 5star
