Nice collection of outlet stores in Little Rock. They have many of the name brands you would expect like Nike, Old Navy, Under Armour, and more. There is plenty of parking and they have canopies covering many of the walkways which help during the hotter months of the year. There are some restaurants and food stores onsite and a variety of restaurants located in the vicinity of the mall. I would like to see a few more stores at this location but overall it is not bad.

This mall has gone down hill !! The outside is disgusting. The janitors don't keep anything clean , do the bare minimal , all look like they do drugs! They can't keep a good food restaurant in the food court area because of sewage and filth! Big chains won't set up here because of how it's ran! Very sad I hope a new owner comes soon because they fly through owners! This place isn't even that old honestly it should not look this ran down!!

Got my Granddaughters 1st pair of Nikes today! She's 4 months old!! Can't wait to c her feet in these shoes!! And Ashley- Nike store employee- was awesome & might I say looking fabulous, today, was an amazing associate for the store and a huge help to me!!!

Visiting from out of town so we weren’t familiar with the layout or too much around it, but it had a few good outlet shops (Nike and American Eagle were great) and two or three quaint shops that we hadn’t seen before. Not much else though. We skipped quite a few places. There is really nothing to eat in the outlets - the “food court” is a giant indoor space with two fast food places that didn’t look appetizing and the place was EMPTY. But overall it was well maintained and not crowded. Parking was good too.

The trash is overflowing and sewage backs up from drains in the food court ver very poor managment now 6 years ago this was a nice place food court has back ups like these in restraunts these are drains
