Worst customer service when in to get an upgrade and they added a bunch of accessories that i didn't asked for, told the guy i didn't want them, i wanted just the phone, he said that It was the stores policie and he didn't want to sell me the phone if i didn't get the other stuff called T Mobile and was told no T Mobile stores has that type of policy

Worst store to go to service not helpful towards their customers- called customer service they tried to explain about my situation. The manager was rude did not open my account or tried to look into it to help me and show good customer service as suppose to. This a 3rd party store they always gone treat their customers any kind of way even got hung up on when I was still asking question. I will not recommend nobody to this store at all

Excellent customer service. The staff here are competent, courteous and committed to customer satisfaction. The went the extra mile to help me get the best deal for my mobile phone service. I am enjoying some great features. Having been a AT&T customer for over 15 years, I was a bit nervous about switching, I am glad I did. Since switching I have been able to talk to a human being within a maximum of three minutes of calling and there are periodic phone calls from customer service to ensure I am satisfied with their device. Jeff was amazing!!

Normally, I haven't had any problems with the staff. Today, when discovering there had been a data breach of customers information, I tried to change the password for my account from home, via the app, Wi-Fi, and the website. None worked. I went out to the west Little Rock store, and had more trouble, with the staff, and the app. The app would not let me paste in the old password, and would not let me use symbols in the new one. The employee acted like he wanted me out of there, and he disappeared after I got it changed. They wouldn't even acknowledge the data breach. In the last year, I've gone through at least three phones that they were still selling, even though they were defective. If this had been my first experience with T-Mobile, it would have been my last. I think when my contact expires, I'll drop them. They had bought out Sprint recently, and they did me as bad as T-Mobile did today.

T-Mobile has went above and beyond for me as a whole, including customer support. I've switched from Verizon due to expenses, to AT&T due to terrible customer service skills, and now to T-Mobile which I'm very impressed with and highly pleased with their customer service skills, and willingness to go above and beyond for their customers. I can't express enough how great each store is locally around Little Rock as far as their techs in store, and their managers in store. T-Mobile by far has the fastest 5G, and lowest prices over any carrier that I've ever had. Living in West Little Rock in an apartment and having 5G evolutional with AT&t was trash, I had to use my Wi-Fi in my apartment just to check my bank account on an app... I don't have those problems with T-Mobile, in fact, my Wi-Fi at times is MUCH slower than my data speed on my phone which really says something. Even my mobile hotspot is faster than my Wi-Fi provided by AT&T in my apartment.Hands down this by far is the greatest location, the manager of the store has went above and beyond, including some of his employees. If I could give them a pay raise myself I very well would.
