In and out in about an hour. Used their privacy booth/work station to work. Wifi isn't great, but it works. They washed and vacuumed my car. Friends staff and good snacks!

Subaru’s service department is one of the best. I did not have an appointment but they took me right in. Low Tire Pressure light came on. Turned out I had picked up a nail. The tire could not be patched or plugged because of its location. A detailed explanation of cost to replace the tire and service and tax was given. Total time was less than an hour.
Excellent customer service.

I bought my Subaru in 2022 and we love going to get our service done at the dealership. This last visit we brought our golden retriever and he played in the dog park area. The wait is never long, but the amenities make it a pleasant wait.

Had the unfortunate thing happen, got hit and totaled out my Crosstrek. Went back to the dealership, got another just like I had, except new. Had a great experience there, they have always taken care if me. I appreciate the commitment.
