My car was hauled to Landers Collision & Glass on August 19,2024. My car hasn’t been effectively inspected to assess all of the damages needed for repairs and we’ve entered a September 10,2024 and counting. My insurance company doesn’t have a supplemental repair list from these people. So basically my car is just sitting in a back parking space collecting dust. While I’m paying out of pocket $314 every week car rental fees. No they don’t ever offer a car loaner. This isn’t the place to have your car hauled to after an accident.

The young lady Kelly Kilpatrick had my car out in a week super professional person always kept me updated about my vehicle. She and the shop team had it looking like it wasn’t hit. Awesome job Kelly and crew. Would do business here again.

Amazing experience at Landers. They replaced my sunroof and fixed some scratches on my BMW 540i. Car looks better than new. Kelli and the team took care of everything and kept me informed the whole time during the repair process. Customer service was 1st class!

If there was negative Star for review that what this company would get.
I took my car in under insurance. recommended repair facility it took two weeks for Landers collision and glass to make repairs.
Within the first 100 miles the right front fender almost fell off. Upon further inspection I also discovered trash/ contamination throughout paint.
Took car in for correction and they broke one of the front bumper clips that holds the bumper and fender in alignment they also broke windshield trim. They done a poor job of buffing the contamination resulting in fisheye/ crater's in the paint. They denied breaking the bumper clips they did get the new windshield trim.( I will install myself) During the first wash I discovered there is multiple body fasteners that are broken or completely missing. Also scratched rear bumper
I definitely don't recommend Landers collision and glass for any sort of repairs for anything
My car has been to Landers collision and glass 3 times and is still not properly repaired
I will be following up with the insurance company responsible as well as my insurance to take any sort of action possible for very very poor repairs.
I believe I could have done a better job myself with my airless paint sprayer and basic mechanic set
Insurance paid $4,200 and some change for poop work

Very disappointing service. They mentioned every thing will be same as the new car. Later they mentioned the parts will never look like the original when picking up my car. They should have checked everything before handing over the car which they said they would and the car will look totally new. I had to return the car twice to get the same thing done. The paint job was not good, the car was not cleaned and had glue all over the place. The parts used were broken and they had to replace it after multiple iterations which they should had done earlier as they have charged my insurance. There is no zero star else I would give a zero.

I had many problems here.
When I scheduled my appointment over the phone the quote I was given was $400 less then after they replaced the glass and I went to pay.
I asked for genuine Toyota glass and after they replaced the glass I goo look and it’s not Toyota glass.
And to top it all off there was a chip out of my brand new windshield that I just paid $900 for and they didn’t do anything to make it right.
I don’t recommend getting work done here.

I have used Landers Collision & Glass in previous years with great service results. I've tried for two months to get a windshield replaced. The initial glass representative looking for the windshield glass never called me back, so I called back after a couple of weeks. I was told she would call me back, but I never heard from her. I called the manager of the glass department and left a message. One week has passed and no one has contacted me. I've tolerated a severely cracked windshield for two months, and I'm taking my business elsewhere.

this review is regarding to their windshields only!! i had my entire windshield replaced less than 2 years ago. since then, i’ve gotten a crack that goes all the way from the top to the bottom of the windshield, a dime size rock chip, and i went to adjust my review mirror and it fell off and took an entire chunk of my windshield with it.

I stopped by Landers Collision with a new windshield issue, installed my another business that could not resolve the issue. The Landers crew spent some time reviewing the problem, and fixed it without charging me anything! I will definitely go there first next time. They were so nice and knowledgable.

No call back, 1 door painting took 2 weeks.
