Charged me full price for an alignment when all they did was a diagnostic. They said they didn't do after market parts after i asked if they could install after market so we decided to go elsewhere before they did anything. We are now out 140 dollars and on top of that when we asked for our car back they said they didnt know where it was and we had to go on a wild goose chase to find the car only to find it in the farthest parking lot possible. Im writing this on behalf of my sick father and i can assure you that they will never get our business again.

Had an appointment for Wednesday at noon for oil change, tire rotation and check transmission. Picked up vehicle Saturday at 2, NO WORK DONE ON VEHICLE! I had an appointment! They should have let me know they wouldn’t be working on my car. What a waste of time!

I'm still in the process of getting things completed for the vehicle I bought over three weeks ago. The sales team I've worked with has treated me very poorly. I mean....no customer service whatsoever after they get their sale. I've emailed the sales managers and everything and still no response to my complaint (it's been two days since I sent the first email). I even spent over 8 hours in their lobby over 2 days and I was like..... somebody needs to do some teaching on how to treat customers. Absolutely absurd how inappropriate some of the staff was while I was in the lobby. What has happened to being professional here?
Update: The number they gave me was the number to the dealership....are you kidding me? I have bent over backwards and now they want me to bring it in.....you've got to be kidding me again???? If this is the actual owner of the dealership or whoever responded to me. I'd like to talk to someone at corporate at this point.

Very unreliable service dept.
Jeep in for oil change and comprehensive check up at 63000.
$1000 +. Brought in today for an airbag light that was on. 66000 miles. Service tech Z. tried to say that now suddenly there was a major issue with timing belt and water pump. Friends have not had good experiences here. One car was there for 7 weeks. Coincidentally, same tech.

This is by far the worst customer service I have ever received. We took in our van for a transmission issue and all we kept being told by Kurt was "We need more time". After 3 weeks of being there, I told him I was coming to pick up the van to take it somewhere else. He replied "Give me 45 minutes to put it back together". I said you have 30 minutes. I got to the dealership and the team COULDN'T FIND THE VAN. There is no way it was being "put back together". It was probably never worked on in the first place, being the van was in a very very back lot that no one could find. I will never recommend this place ever. Truly the worst communication and worst customer service I have EVER experienced.

Terrible service department!
Visited them about 9 months ago. Needed a diagnostic for an engine light. Found out it needed a new ABS module. Was told it was back ordered until March 2024. Yes 3 months ago now. Already paid for the service just needed to pay for part for it to be installed now. Needless to say part still hasn't arrived, I've called and left messages for weeks. No one can give me an answer or tell me the status of a part that should have arrived months ago. So now after nearly a year of dealing with this problem I will have to start over at another mechanic shop to fix my issue.

Several years ago I would give Landers a 5 star rating. But as of today there rating has decreased. My son decided to purchase a new vehicle for his first time. He chose Landers because we have bought from them multiple times in the past and he knew what he wanted.
He went in with an open mind and confidence on doing everything on his own. The sales person who assisted him did not educate my son on most information. My son had to call me and his dad to ask questions because he was not understanding on some of the situations that was going on. We encouraged him to ask questions and gave him our advice, now if he took our advice, that is between him and Jesus.
My personal opinion, the sales person was trying to push my son into purchasing a vehicle he really didn't want and since it's towards the end of the month, he was trying to meet his quota. But since he was at the dealership for several hours, tired, hungry, aggravated, and really wanted a new vehicle he decided settle and trust the sales person.
After signing all the paperwork, he only got a 3 day temporary tag, and has to go back to get another temporary tag. All in All he is adjusting to the new vehicle he purchased.
I pray to Jesus this situation may open others minds and hearts for His Will and not the flesh.

IF you sell your car to them directly with no trade in, just straight selling to them, make sure that you understand that you do not get paid till they receive the title to the car. Which means that if you have a payoff, Landers Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM of Little Rock will send payment to the lien holder and then it could take 20 business days till the lien holder sends the title to Landers Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM of Little Rock. Sold my trust on Saturday, 6/8/24. Payment was not sent by Landers till yesterday, Tuesday, 6/11/24. Now I probably won't get paid till July - even though my payoff is with Chrysler Financial.
UPDATE: As of June 18 - Chrysler Financial states that they have not rcvd payment from the dealership.
Reminder, it's 20 business days for Chrysler Financial to send the title to the dealership after payoff.

Went in a week ago to have my key fob looked at because lock/unlock wasn't working and the panic alarm was going off for no reason. I was sure it was going to need to be replaced. I can't remember the name of the guy that helped me in parts but he was awesome! He asked me if I was ok with him looking at it to see if he could fix it and immediately let me know he would have to take it apart and if I was ok with that. He said that if he could fix it then I'd only owe 10 bucks instead of buying a new fob for hundreds of dollars. I gave him the go ahead and he had it apart, fixed and put back together in about 10 - 15 minutes. He walked me outside to the truck and tested it and sure enough, it worked! What I thought was a new fob was a $10 fix! Also, the entire time he's fixing the fob, the panic alarm is going off and of course there's nothing to be done because the whole thing is apart. Everyone there was understanding about the situation and one of the salesmen standing behind me even got a laugh out of the situation lol. Thank you to the entire team working that day for making my day just a bit brighter! To the parts guy that helped me, you have no idea how much you helped me out and I greatly appreciate you!!

Be careful buying from certain sales people here. Salesman told me vehicle I was interested was a local trade and that he knew the individual personally that traded it in. After digging deeper this was a bold face lie. Vehicle came out of another state bought via auction from the actual dealership it was traded to. Definitely did not know whom traded the vehicle in or anything close to that. Beware, certain ones will try anything, any lie to sell a vehicle. Zero integrity.

Went in with an engine barely functioning. Fixed the problem. Kept me abreast of their progress. Very helpful and courteous.
